The tub leaked from the 1st day we tried it. Also during installation our washing machine water lines were disconnected. When we called we were told someone would get back to us within in 1-3 business days. This was our only shower at the time. After numerous calls and emails, cleaning the tub and door seal the tub still leaked. They said if that was the problem we would have to pay $250 for a service call. (Some warranty, huh).
Someone was finally sent to check on the leak, which was because of a warped door.
Customer service needs serious upgrading.
