Company is a joke stay clear.

Safe home Security inc aquired our service when purchasing a local company here called Valor Home Security. We cancelled right when service changed over because we did not have a contract with the original company 2018
... We have never used their service and have received a bill for it which we call and tell them every time we are not using your service it needs to be cancelled and bills removed. They cancelled it and has sent our remainder balance to collections. Asked for call back from an actual decision maker with no return calls. At this point I will be filing a lawsuit. Stay clear of this company. Thank You.

Absolute trash from start to finish. Their sales person sold us on how everything could be easily integrated and was so easy to use. When they came to install the installer let us know that no, in fact none of the system integrates. Then they left a hole in our wall where they installed the panel. Now we are moving because we sold our home and they are telling us we have to pay out 90% of the rest of the term. I will never use them and will make sure no one I know ever uses them again.

I used a legacy home security system before switching to Safe Home Security. My primary reason for switching at the time was to reduce my monthly fee. Now that I have relied on Safe Home Security for several years, they have earned my loyalty not only for cost reasons, but because their customer support is outstanding (I can actually speak with a human being). Their app is also intuitive and a fantastic convenience.

system sold to me in 2016 no one ever returned to install the small boxes to windows and doors. Multiple calls with promise of someone to come and to send me info on how to reset control module - NEVER HAPPENED.
Customer service person stated she would send me when contract was up so I could stop their product NEVER HAPPENED. My advice FIND SOMEONE TO PROTECT YOU NOT JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY LIKE THIS COMPANY WITH NO SERVICE AND NO FOLLOW THROUGH ON WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO.

We were in town for the GIE Show and Googled italian Restaurants near me and we chose Silvio's. I chose the Meatball Lasagna and my husband got Alfredo with grilled chicken. I have to say this was the best lasagna I've ever had and those magical meatballs in the layers made my mouth happy. My husband loved his Alfredo as well. The owner has to be one of the most personable restaurant owners I've ever met. He loves his customers and it shows. Thank you for hospitality.

lairs!!!yes customers beware! they lie. they told us that our current alarm system is going out of business and they are there to update and change over to the new company. My husband did the mistake of believing them and signed a contact for 6 yrs and let them change everything over. when we called our current alarm system after the set up they told us that was a lie they are not going out of business to make a long story short this ended up being a nightmare for us we ended up being on two contacts with two alarm systems. after complaining to the manager they won't apologize or acknowledge that their sales man are lairs. This created a big mess for us, safe home ended up pay out our contact with our other alarm system company that we loved and didn't have any problems with in the first place, anyways now we are stuck with 6yrs of this contact and if we try to get out the finance company said they will try everything possible make us pay for the whole 6yrs, go into our bank, garnish our cks! they are that desperate for business that they have to lie. that horrible. if this was a honest and good company they would of let me out of contact once i wrote them a complained about the fraud. i wrote many complains to different managers and workers and nothing. i wouldn't me out of contact!

First, I did know I was attached to this company until I called my other company only to be told they sold my contract to this company. No one ever sent any updates nothing to let me know. Second when I finally got in touch with someone I asked to cancel my service only to be told that I can t call to cancel, I have to send an email requesting for my service to be terminated. I have never heard that before but the service worker told me it was part of the contract (something I never seen before because I didn t sign anything with company). I send the email and still I have not heard anything back about my services being terminated. I no longer have the house and I m still being charged. I have called a few times and guess what I can t get in touch with anyone and I m being told to leave a message. I m military and soon I will be deployed and I won t be able to call. This company isn t worth the time! I hope to get this taken care of with this review and if I can t then my step is the BBB to get this taken care of. I shouldn t have to jump through hoops to get this taken care of especially when I called and spoke to someone only to be told to send an email

I ve been using safe home security for many years. They are extremely reliable and professional. The always respond to any issues I have and they are very helpful when I need to call for any reason. I highly recommend safe home security
