First time picking up at this location. The guard at guard shack was very rude and with no customer service skills whatsoever. At Building 7 where you are required to check-in; the lady behind the glass was just as rude! **5 stars to the guys on the loading docks!!! I was loaded in under an hour.**. However once I got back to the glass to checkout... There was a sign posted on the glass that read: "Out to lunch, be back at 1245... Current time was1210. So much for time management. Just be prepared for whatever may come your way.

Get there early before your appointment it takes awhile to get through the guard shack

Like everyone else, took forever to get loaded and I only got 10 pallets of juice!
No real parking to check in without being in somebody's way to get back in.

Sale Creek is a big trucking area, I'm visiting across the lake from there.

Very fast. SLIDE TANDEMS TO REAR, CHOCK WHEELS, DOLLY DOWN, DISCONNECT AND BOBTAIL TO STAGING. No signs for staging (or I didn t see it) so all bobtails parked next to check in building with employees cars. To the left of security gate. Once they call, go back to check in get paperwork with your phone number on it and have door open so guard can check trailer.

Computer is always down...people wait a lot. Personal of shipping office don't work....just play wuth the phone...shame on this bad company.

Hard to back in between buildings 15 and 5/6...too close to trucks in front of u...but the r pretty quick...

Worst place to get loaded. Avoid this place. Takes half the day to get loaded . I give them 0 stars. They handle Orange juice for coke in leesburg,fl. Terrible place all the time.

Multiple shippers here. Look on Rate Confirmation for which building to check into before you get there or you will waste a lot of time. Very busy place. No overnight parking.

the company is not friendly to truck drivers, as you drive in, security is unpleasant, they have a lot of space. and the driver who no longer has hours and arrives earlier for unloading, chases out as if he were a dog

I was always told if you don't have not to nice to say don't say nothing at all so here's what I got to say nothing

Loads were always drop and hook. Easy in, easy out. Great

Very rude don't care about drivers at all if they did they wouldn't make people wait 3 days for a load that takes 15 mins to unload I wouldn't ever deliver here again.

Zero Stars. Place is awful even for simple delivery. Stay away if You want to make money.
