I had the chance to oversee some of the interactions that Michael Kitchen had with someone and it was HIGHLY unprofessional and even threatening. I cannot believe he tried to use his power as an attorney to try and intimidate someone. He was extremely unprofessional and just shows how poorly he is willing to treat someone. I would never use or recommend him or this law firm to anyone I know and the company I work for uses attorneys all the time. Never have I seen this kind of disregard and unprofessionalism.

Phoebe Moffatt came highly recommended. She did our Wills, Trusts and power of Attorneys in 2014 and we revised them last week. We told her what we wanted and she got it right (both times) the first time. She and her staff are nice, accurate and professional. Dan and I are 100% satisfied and highly recommend Phoebe Moffatt for all your estate needs!

I live in TX, so why have I been receiving demand letters from your Human Resources & Training Director, Laura L. Nance at Sacks Tierney P.A.? I question the integrity and ethical conduct of any law firm who would permit untrained, unlicensed law professionals to pose as lawyers. It's fraud and shameful!
