Sabra Management Review

Lived in Parkwood Village a Sabra property for 5 yrs. We have never had any issues until new manager came in in March 2020. On top of poor management the apartment is way over priced, no insulation,poor maintenance and God forbid you have ac issues because they are not HVAC certified. The parking is horrible and just let me say they try to charge you any extra money they can and call it a fine. Just a fair warning stay completely clear of any of Sabra Property Management properties. Plumbing is a big issue sewage was running out of outside drain I mean tolit paper was out on sidewalk which was in front of my apartment yes they call a plumbing company in 24 hours later and left tolit paper laying on ground. RUN AND DO NOT STOP

I have been working for Sabra Property Management full time for almost 5 years now. I am happy to say that this is my second home, were I feel comfortable to work at, and I have received nothing but support from upper management and everyone in the company. They are always willing to help when needed and answer any questions or doubts you may have as Leasing Agent or Property Manager. With Sabra I have found the opportunity to grow from Leasing Agent to Property Manager because they are a growing company and they are always willing to promote from within. If you are looking for a Job and/or a second home, I highly recommend you apply with Sabra Property Management; they are always willing to train.

The worst place ever I could go on n on.
Move here and dont say I didn't warn you when you have an issue.
Not only that the neighborhood is infested with stray dogs and cats and not to mention every rodent known to man.

I have been an employee for Sabra Property Management for the last 6 Years and feel that Sabra is a very positive company that encourages each of its employees to grow and be challenged in a professional environment. All employees are provided with one on one training. This Company has very open and transparent communication with all of its properties. I feel like I have found the perfect place to work where I am not only professionally challenged every day, but encouraged to grow and improve myself as a person and a business professional. Properties are always encouraged to provide the best customer and maintenance service and to provide residents with the best place to live. I would highly recommend Sabra Property Management to anyone looking for the perfect place to work or the best community to live

I live in 93 East apartments & the management is very rude & unprofessional. They talk to you in a very rude manner & when you return the frustration you are demonized! I AM WARNING ANYONE WHO IS THINKING ABOUT RENTING WITH SABRA TO RUN AWAY QUICKLY! There is no corporate phone number for Sabra & the management here at 93 East blatantly lied and told me there is. This is the absolute WORST experience I ve ever had with renting an apartment!

This was the absolute worst work experience of my entire life!! The management team is horrible. There is no sort of professionalism on either end of this place. Managers did not know what they were doing. Completely rude with residents and did not care about there living situations until they went to the corporate office. They re we re many occasions where the people in office were racist and would not want to rent to colored people! Neither the Area manager nor the managers know how to address issues very offense , rude, unprofessional approach to everything. It would be embarrassing renting to people and having to wait for corporate to fix whatever issues they had on there end and make the applicants wait up to 2 weeks for an application response and at the end most of them would get denied!!! They would only pay commissions when they felt like it. So would not even count that as part of the pay. STAY AS FAR AWAY from this company as you can for your own mental sanity.

These people are scum. They will keep your money with no cause. Apartments are absolute trash. Literally and figuratively.

AVOID RENTING FROM SABRA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!! After 5 years of renting we only received $100 of our security deposit. Not to mention the remodeling of the house WHILE WE LIVED IN IT! Impossible to contact. Horrible customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! 5 years of renewed and increased rent and they repay you with $100 security deposit return. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

Horrible place to work on. So disrespectful no training at all many bosses. That is the worst place that a work ever. They don t know who to take care there employees. Who the managed and conduct business are the worst.
