Saboia Estoril Hotel Review

I liked the view, did not like the hygiene, did not like the room service.

For me there is something missing in the service ..... some have enormous sympathy and others less sympathy.

Good location. Breakfast with quality products and attended to my special requests with all readiness.

It fulfills what it promises. The rooms are small but sufficient ... breakfast is excellent. Good location.

Nice & friendly hotel with good price quality rate. No restaurant, but excellent pastry shop instead! Beautiful sea view and nicely situated at a park. Photos show (breakfast) terrace and sunrise/set view.

Just don't book it if you can avoid....you will not regret!

It's a 3 star better than many 4 star hotels in New York, staff very courteous and personable. Public areas quite pleasant. Although we did not use the pool it was clean and of a reasonable size, not limited to the usual (water tank) common nedtes locations.

Very well located. Between Lisbon and Cascais, in Estoril. Note that this is an old hotel, but I recommend the last floors with a view of the ocean ... nothing like seeing the tip of the feet with the legs stretched with the moon reflected in the water..good company and a bottle of wine to match. Parking in the nearby streets ... where it will fit (depends on luck).

Good clean sober hotel with normal prices considering it's in Estoril

I love the hotel and the beautiful view it has to the sea! The room is always very clean and with excellent thermal & acoustic insulation. Super comfortable bed, coffee machine. Friendly staff. It is already my second time at this hotel and I intend to return more often! Super worth it, especially at the price x quality level. :)

On vacation for a week, we chose the Saboia Estoril hotel thanks to the value for money of the Logitravel site.
In the end, the room is correct: a large bed, a desk and an armchair. The television is not of very good quality ... The bathroom is rather small between the bathtub, the bidet, the toilet and the sink.
On the other hand, the view is nice: the sea in the distance to the left and a beautiful house to the right for us. You can also enjoy the pool freely!
Location side: a few restaurants in the area and Cascais 15mins walk.
Negative points: quite noisy between the busy road, the neighborhood dogs who bark day and night and the neighbors to compensate (poor insulation). Another downside: wifi, free and without a password but terribly poor quality ...

The staff very polite and pleasant, the room quite good and about 200 m from the beach. As a negative part I did not have sockets next to the bed, today we all have a smartphone that has to be charged daily, and that came in a lot of clarity in the morning because it did not have good curtains.

Correct, economic quiet and good treatment, the car parked at the door without problem, breakfast has what it takes with an assortment of sweets very good to make us suffer.

Nice little hotel with very friendly staff, in a quiet location but if you wish you can be in a tourtistic place in a 20 minute walk by the beach.
It's an older hotel, but they already made the necessary adjustments as the bathrooms, etc. some of the things are a little worn out this could be better...
Especially the tea-room/bakery and the restaurant are worth a visit, we always enjoyed our meal here very much.

Attention, the hotel is currently closed (06/27/2020)! We were standing in front of a locked door as the hotel did not inform us that they were closed. We called the hotel several times and wrote email, but received no response. Unfortunately we could not cancel and therefore had to go. There was only a note on the door that they have been closed since March 15, 2020! Simply ridiculous in times of the Internet. No information on the website! Management has to be completely incompetent. Caution, the hotel can still be booked through the website and also via Expedia, Booking etc. Please do not book! We then went to the Hotel Londres (500m away) and were lucky that there were still free rooms.

Very nice hotel, simple but clean and quiet, and for anyone who wants to stay in Estoril it is very central, close to the train, restaurants etc.

Senior world plus. Good breakfast and staff, very bad meals, and repeated, only two dishes and lettuce, for dessert bananas and oranges. Never to return. Pessimous cleaning, broken towels, just a small bottle of gel for the whole week.

Nice hotel with small but modern rooms. In my room there was also a coffee maker and free coffee capsules. I had the ocean view category. WiFi is free. Breakfast is simple.

Great, very clean, super comfortable beds. Obviously it is not a 5 or a 4 star, but it is great. Breakfast buffet quite good. Right next to it there is a square with a small park of swings, you can park, but it is a blue zone. If you go up a bit above the hotel, you find parking and free of charge

The room had a great view, Lovely cleaning staff and it was a very lovely hotel to stay in. The food however could use some improving but there were plenty of options around.

Upon entering the room for the 1st time it still smelled like tobacco from the previous guest, and in the bathroom there was still a tobacco wallet !!! BAD, BAD MTO.
In the morning, curtains / blackouts are of no use to prevent light from entering. Anyway, my experience was not at all gratifying

For a short break (extended weekend) is the hotel okay if you have no high expectations for longer stay I would not recommend it even with the price range. Staff was very friendly.

In the dining room you have to eat in shifts, no more than 20 people can fit, food is scarce.

Very good hotel! Starting from the staff, especially the desk clerk Vitor, who attended us very well, to the comfort of the rooms, which was met with the desired. Another highlight, the breakfast, with great variety and excellent quality, always replenishing the food until the end. To wish only the number of places of the hotel, being necessary to park in the streets next, which is not ideal, but it is quietly acceptable! Well worth the stay!

It is a reasonable hotel, for the amount we paid, but the room was nothing identical to the room in the photo. Good breakfast.

A hotel very well located to take transportation and move between nearby cities and tourist villages (train station 5 minutes away). It is also well located near Cascais, which on foot and by the quiet promenade can be reached in 15 or 20 minutes. We parked easily, in front of the access door, in the squares of the Hotel, free, in the middle of October. The cozy hotel in the lobby with comfortable sofas, and the modernly decorated rooms and comfortable beds, with bathroom with the basics. Cleanliness is good both in the room and in the hotel in general.
The service is correct and friendly.The breakfast, varied buffet type (in cakes, cold cuts and toast), and medium quality, good taste, with the waiters very attentive to pick up the dishes and replenish what was finished.
The elevator sometimes slammed doors.
In short, it is a well located hotel, comfortable and of good cleanliness, of good price. Recommended.

We really enjoyed our nice room with a sea view and a good breakfast. Nice employees. Definitely worth visiting this more often. Also the resort nice.

The Hotel is closed since 15.03.2020. So we stood in front of the closed door on 26.06.2020. It was booked at the end of february 2020. And the Hotel didn't cancel a booking

Excellent hotel tucked away in the centre of Lisbon. Had to leave before breakfast to catch a flight, but it looked delicious.

The rooms are old. They need remodeling. The breakfast room is already more modern and pleasant.

I liked immense, well located, quiet area with parking. Friendly and accessible staff. Breakfast good and staff always attentive in replenishing products. Very beautiful room with garden and sea view! I just think that the elevator is in need of some maintenance / remodeling (small and time-consuming, and sometimes stands on some floor because it does not close the door properly). Very fair price. quality!

My partner and I were on the December bridge. The room was quite good for the price, clean and cozy. We paid 35.00 per night with breakfast included which I think is a bargain. The rich and rich breakfast. The staff very attentive and helpful, so much that upon arrival they offered us a port wine from Cyprus. Highly recommended

Bad experience, I went for a romantic show where we were offered a room with two beds pushed together. Then in the pack was included some bonbons and a sparkling wine and none of it had, they put a brigadeiro and a white wine. A shame

The cleanliness is very much in need of improvement. The variety at breakfast would also be another step that the guests feel comfortable.

There were no parking spots, although we've booked only properties with parking, room was small and didn't have a balcony. Had late checkout confirmed in the correspondence, but now they are saying everything's booked

some rooms from 5, others from 3 stars .. average 4 stars. near beach and restaurants. it is neither Estoril nor Cascais: exactly in the middle.

Acceptable hotel, within expected but with a terrific breakfast!

Building a little old, but splendid staff- Cordial, helpful & friendly. Beds were not the best, but good view & a decent pool. Downstairs, the restaurant too was great & really inexpensive.

Well located as it is in El Monte de Estoril near a train station move to Belem and Lisbon without having to move the car as it has free parking. You can also walk along the beach promenade to Cascais or Estoril center which is very nice. Superb breakfasts since the hotel owns a pastry shop for which they put varied bread and pastries of very good cream.
