Terrible customer service. I clarify I don't have accounts with them but my employer does, and, once I went to this bank to change a check and they treated me super badly, then when they are changing that check they tell me that if I open an account with them that it is better for me Well, they wouldn't charge me $ 10 for that change. Blablabla as they claim that with the lousy attention I received I will want to open an account with them. The one who attended to me was an old man but very poorly educated and the ladies, so to call them who work there, are equally rude witches. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. Bale clarify that this was not the only time I changed checks with them but it was the most bad experience I had in that institution.
