I have been calling for weeks no one is answering was given a land line still no answer

I was double debited during December time, have been trying to get hold someone to assist me but was sent from pillar to post, after weeks of trying to get help someone finally tried to help, after 2 months of the person trying to help me, Solomon and someone from accounts have been holding on my file for refund but still nothing till date. When ever I call for feedback I'm told my documents are still in accounts waiting for authorization to refund me my money. How long should I wait for you to assist me?
