cons: It's an awful place. Poor management and poor quality of care. Many incidents happened. Residents and their families complained a lot.
pros: they provide Chinese foods.

Worse nurse's you'll ever known and work with. They are very rude and non approachable. Specially the RN's they think they're so high and powerfull. Well i dont give a F. We're in CANADA not in HONGKONG. BS

Our family has been through the ringer with care homes for our grandmother. At her previous care home we constantly had to be there to help with tasks that we hoped the caregivers would be assisting our grandmother with. Feeding, toileting, and general care were things we had to personally supplement due to lack of care from the staff, and under-staffing at her previous care home. Now at SUCCESS we can rest easy knowing that the caregivers there to provide the best care to our grandmother. They are very organized and made the transition into their care home for our grandmother smooth and easy. With her advanced dementia, grandmother used to be easily agitated and irritable. Now when we go visit her she's happy, more rested, and well fed! The food there smells pretty good whenever we pop in during meal times, I actually would happily sit down and have one of their meals with my grandmother. SUCCESS has given our family a peace of mind that we didn't get from her previous care home, and we feel comfortable knowing that grandmother has some of the best care provided to her.

In my personal experience, Simon K.Y Lee is a great facility. All the staff I came across here are caring, knowledgeable and treating the residents with respect and dignity. Especially for those like my grandmother who has dementia and require 24 hours care.

I have seen and visited many care homes and I had spent countless hours helping my grandmother in her last care home. I can tell you that my family and I had gone through hell and back in dealing with some uncaring care staff, doctor who constantly making changes with medication without notify the family until after the fact and a broken management system in the care facility that had made my family lost all our trust in them to care for our grandmother.

Reality is, every family have their own opinions what is quality care for their love ones who has to be in a care facility. Simon K.Y Lee is the best in providing good quality care for my grandmother needs so far. My grandmother is striving under their care since she moved to Simon K.Y Lee five months ago. She had gained weight. She is less aggitated. She is now happy and singing everyday. I also like that Simon K.Y Lee Facility's space inside is well maintained and clean. The facility is well managed and organized with their care routines and also have a good daily activities program to help my grandmother stay stimulated and my grandmother like their food. This care facility take their liability very seriously so they are structured with rules and regulations and that's totally fine with our family because we believe their ways will help to maintain a quality of life and keeping my grandmother safe and happy so she can keep singing for how ever much longer she wants.
