A must visit if u are on the resort island of Sentosa. It s a large complex comprising of huge Underwater Aquariums complete also with an underwater tunnel which allows for 360 degree viewing. This area of the complex is darkened for an ethereal atmosphere which heightens the effect of being as one with all the different species in their undersea domain- quite relaxing/pleasurable n akin to Scuba diving without actually getting wet. View at yr leisure the numerous species of fish, most notable of which are huge manta rays, sleek black tip sharks, giant deep sea groupers, shoals of smaller fishes, huge sleeping nurse sharks and much more ( watch my Vdo- do like if u enjoy it). That to me was the high point of our visit but there are many other wonderful exhibits - the Colourful Jellyfish tanks, the interactive (sea life) corner, the above ground/ underwater (2views) exhibits n of course the sealife shows - dolphins etc. There are some 800 or more interesting species exhibited in a variety of tanks denoting their environment (Coral n Plankton) etc so do expect to spend a few hours here browsing n taking in the sights. Tip - find out the feeding times for the large aquarium exhibit n view how divers interact with some of the species! It s a wonderful trip for the entire family whatever the age and it s also wheelchair friendly! Last tip- one can purchase tickets several ways- online, at the entrance or at the bus parking zones (booths) - check which are the most economical for you. Have a great time there n don t worry if u have forgotten to bring the goggles n flippers!!

A must place for any visitor to Singapore, we love diving and this place is a very close experance to getting in the water witht he fish. Only downside was seeing the dolphins, i feel these should be in the ocean, we have all see the way they have been treated in seaworld and its about time this has a international ban. But everything else is amazing, thanks for the memories

A lot of people and little space. There is nothing unusual, everything that is here, you saw 10 times. On Synthos, it is better to go to Universal Park. The price is about the same, but much more like it.

Blue life under water. You witness it as if you are under water. Amazing place and literally a must visit. From sharks, seadragons to little fishes, manta rays, this place is so gorgeous. Definitely recommend to visit in weekdays as queues in weekends are really long and you might have to wait for more than an hour to get inside this place

For fans of aquatic life surrounding Singapore and the world, this aquarium will tickle your fancy. The multitude of marine life spread out into ten different zones can be as immersive as you want it to be. It will be crowded (even on a weekday) and therefore, you may not always get to enjoy a full view of various glass tank.

While you may be tempted to take pictures and record videos, put away your camera and take time to read the educational charts on display to learn something. I notice more people are "enjoying" the various exhibits via their mobile device screen than actually taking in the sight.

The aquarium is definitely ready for large crowd by the way they cordon the walk-way. There should be more seating available for people though I can understand the establishment wanting people to "move along".

Take a SGD4 Sentosa Express train ride on level 3 of VivoCity to get to Sentosa island, getting off at the Waterfront Station (first stop). The ride back to mainland Singapore is free (even if you didn't take the train to the island). You can also walk to Sentosa via the passenger bridge for free.

Last but not least, being a tourist attraction, food on Sentosa is slightly pricier than say, the food court at Vivo City.

The place is great, clean, lots of good photo spots. Suitable for those who want to take the family on the road because children like to see fish of various kinds and colors. So besides walking, it also adds to children's knowledge.

Amazing experience.

Kids will love it.
Will need a good 1.5-2 hours to explore all the aquatic species.

One of the best aquariums in the world. Large collection of fish. Lots of interesting information on display. I never knew that jellyfish can renew itself and virtually are immortal until I visited this place. There are exhibits where you can even touch underground species. Some sections give illusion that you are walking under the sea. Live shows include fish feeding sessions in which divers feed the marina in front of us. Everyone from babies to senior citizens enjoy the visit

Amazing aquarium and worth all the money spent on the ticket. There is a very diverse range of fishes, crustaceans, jellyfish and even sharks. You can take your time and slowly walk through the place and enjoy the beautiful colors and cool animals displayed there. The best part of the entire place is the open ocean display with a gigantic glass screen separating you and a huge habitat of wonderful animals. It's also a great place for the kids to learn about the marine ecosystems.
