The negatives are: the waiting time which is around 30 to 60 minutes, the fact that you have to wait standing in the entrance or even under the heating with the door open behind you, the impossibility of even sit for people who have difficulty standing.
The good: friendly staff, request processed quickly once it's their turn.
Conclusion: The installation of benches or seats to wait would really be a plus (all the more for people who cannot stay long standing) and the addition of a ticket system for the order of passage would avoid that there regularly have people who try to "defraud" to pass in front of everyone (which greatly annoys those who have been waiting for a long time).
