S and S Brokerage Review

First time to use and the worst experience for the claim department. Never will use them again. and I will suggest to everybody to stay away from this company.

Great Broker. Loads are as stated. Nisha is the best, helpful and freindly.

Worst company I have ever had to work with. They are untruthful to Customers and businesses shipping products to customers. Highly recommend staying away from this company for any services. ZERO STARS (had to put one because it's required).

Took their services. Management is very polite. Always ready to help. Will take their services in future.

Very nice people, helped me ship from NY to CA. I had no problem and this was taken care of fast. I highly recommend them. Unlike other brokers, these people look for the best for their customers!

Worst experience I ever got
Don t even think to deal with them

MONA WITH S&S IGNORED MY CALLS FOR 1 HOUR BEFORE CALLING FROM A FAKE NUMBER AND GETTING A HOLD OF HER JUST FOR HER TO TELL ME THE SHIPMENT IS CANCELLED. THIS IS THE 2ND AND LAST TIME S&S BROKERAGE WILL MISTREAT US.

I have worked for this company three times now and would like to say that they have been prompt and very good with their service of dispatching and booking loads with carriers with good rates and ON TIME PAYMENT.

Very bad brokers to work with, first it s very difficult to even understand them because of the language, they don t really speak English second they have no clue on what paperwork is needed to even pickup the load, second they have no clue on delivery and pickup time when you originally book the load, the morning of the load they want to change the times on you when you already have organized your day with other loads, beware of this brokerage company
