My BMW was recalled because of an airbag fault. I dropped car off around 9am and had a call couple hours later saying it will be ready for 12pm. They did the work plus a full car health check and washed and polished the car too. Tremendous service and answered any questions I had.
Came to Rybrook BMW for the first time for car service and MOT following a good recommendation and was not disappointed. They demonstrate high levels of professionalism and care. Really pleased with how well I was looked after by Alvin Lee when I bought my new 1 Series, buying a new car should be an enjoyable and exciting moment and Alvin certainly helped make it feel special. Despite the extended wait because of lockdown Alvin made every effort to keep me informed throughout and when answering questions or just generally talking about the car Alvin displayed concern to make sure that I was happy and was genuinely enthusiastic about the car itself engaging in conversation about its performance and features.
