I am incredibly impressed and quite pleased with Ryan s Diamonds, my ring, their customer care, their knowledge, professionalism, and kindness! I have met Ryan several times in the store (even after hours one time) for my biannual ring maintenance. I live over two hours away and he knew I d traveled for this maintenance specifically, but was a tinge later than his office hours. That s customer care at its finest! When I come in for ring maintenance, I m back out with my gorgeously shining ring within 15-20 minutes. My ring remains beautiful and all diamonds are sound. Going on 5 years of being totally satisfied! ABSOLUTELY I d recommend them!

Horrible . He was and because my ring I got In Paris was better than any rings he ever owed . So he said it wasn't real gold, and that it was ugly . He tried to push me to get one of his ugly rings . I had him re-size the ring from a 6.5 to a 8.5 n he couldn't even do that right . He made it a 9, and the middle stone was moving . He tried to say the stone was already moving , which it wasn't . I told him I'd take him to court n he came to my job n fixed the moving stone but chipped it . I wouldn't recommend him . He's not professional at all.

Ryan is an expert with diamonds. He knows what's classic and how to make it seem like a million bucks! His warranties are great. The cleanings are worth the wait. I had to get my ring cut off at the hospital, huge cut that left the ring destroyed and unwearable, Ryan took care of it for less than $150!!! Don't waste your time anywhere else.

I am getting married this summer, my fiance went to Ryan's Diamonds to get my engagement ring. We love it! They are not paid on commission, so there's no pressure or hype to buy from them. Ryan runs his business with integrity and intelligence. His prices are competitive, the quality of the diamonds is beyond what other stores carry. You must go to Ryan's Diamonds!

When I wanted to get a custom bracelet piece made for my wedding I knew I would not go anywhere else but Ryan's. I had some old earrings from my deceased father. I wanted to incorporate them into a bracelet. Ryan helped me design my custom piece. It was ready within a week of meeting with him! When I went to pick up the bracelet, I knew I made the right decision. The bracelet is absolutely gorgeous - beyond my wildest expectations! I will never go to another jeweler again, Ryan is my guy! The bracelet was reasonably priced, but looks like I paid thousands for it.

Just checked on pricing and the ability to make a custume ring I wanted and he was very nice and told me the price to expect!

Took my watch in to get a scratch crystal replaced. Told it would take a few days, no problem. Next, I get a voicemail saying they can't do it and that the original crystal broke. I would need to find somewhere else to fix. Now I have a broken crystal and I can't even change the time. Took a perfectly fine working watch in and received a broken watch in return. Terrible!! Unapologetic and unhelpful!

Bad customer service. They seem to care more about the price tag than the satisfaction of a customer, even if it was at no extra cost to them. Not only the customer service, but the quality of work is poor. I am now having to take my ring More

My Brother and his fiance are getting no help or customer service after having thier ring one day and it started falling apart. I am trying to save you from a bad experience. If there was zero stars i would have picked zero.

Run far far away from Ryan s Diamonds..bought my ring here 5 years ago. My ring has had diamonds fall out over 10 times. I have always have Ryan s fix it, just for more to fall out. When speaking to Ryan this summer he suggested retipping my ring and doing some other small fixes, and renewing my warranty for my ring. I do so with a trusting heart. 2-3 months later 2 more diamonds fall out. Ryan fixes them and a week after getting my ring, another falls out. I have been trying to get ahold of Ryan for the last month to discuss why this has happened since paying so much to fix everything this summer. He won t return my calls. I have called every location and left my name and number for him to return my calls. It makes me wonder if he ever did what he said he fixed this summer. When speaking to his associates, they say that Ryan knows I want him to call me back, but he says to just mail my ring in (I live in Arizona). I refuse to do so. I have been nice, I have tried to give him a chance to make this right and now I m just done with them. I want everyone who is looking for a long term jeweler, to not trust this place. He just wants the sale and then leaves you out to dry. Be careful.
Ryan, if you want me to amend my statement. Give me a call back. Each location has written down my number about 10 times. Thanks.

Really bad customer service!! Owner is rude! They refuse to fix stuff thats already broken when they gave it to you that way.

I am so incredibly grateful for the amazing customer service and quality of work they put into my ring. They replaced an opal stone that had broken with another one. They quoted me two weeks, and my ring was one in just one. When I picked my ring up, it was in brand new condition (we bought it at a pawn shop, so my ring was not new when it was bought). They also cleaned my ring so well and it looks absolutely gorgeous. Thank you Ryan and all of your employees. You have an amazing structure and I will recommend to anyone!!

I haven't purchased jewelry from Ryan yet, but I did want to say really quick that he's been awesome to support the community. We had a boy scout fundraiser a while ago and he helped us out with a few things. I know that as a small business owner, that's not always easy to do, so I was really impressed. Just a quick 'thanks' to Ryan and his business.

Wow, really impressed with the excellent customer services and attention to detail provided by the Ryan's Diamond team. I got the band size wrong on my bride's engagement ring. Yes, every guys nightmare because she wanted to show her friends as soon as possible. Within a few days we had the ring resized and it looks amazing. Thank you team!!

Ryan told me that making my customized ring wouldn't take more than two weeks, but ended up being well over two months! He used the typical sales tactics assuring me that it'll come out beautiful, but was the worst ring I have ever seen. Lacked a lot of detail and quality in the ring that was promised. I ended up getting my deposit and everything refunded, but just thought I'd let people know my experience with Ryan was not one I'd recommend to anyone! Best of luck!

I absolutely love Ryan's Diamonds! They have the best customer service and the most unique and beautiful jewelry! I bought my ring from them years ago. Every time I come in to get it replated they have it done so fast!! No waiting 2 weeks or more like other jewelry stores! I will always buy my jewelry from here!

Do not use Ryan's Diamonds! I took my ring there to be resized. It still didn't fit so they resized it again by grinding out the gold until it was paper thin. I was so unhappy. I requested they build it back up but now it looks like I took it to a high school jewelry student. When I addressed it with Ryan he was so incredibly rude and wouldn't accept any responsibility and not once apologized for my terrible experience.

Ryan's Diamond is AWESOME! The 2 employees I have worked with have been great. Ryan is very nice and spends time with his customers. Best experience I have EVER had in a jewelry store. We have bought a couple things there and will we never shop anywhere else for jewelry ever again. :D I would recommend this place to everyone!

I took in a diamond and a broken ring setting that I have been carrying around for over 15 years, through 5 moves. I had been putting this off for so long, because I thought it would be too expensive to have the diamond put into another setting. Zach took his time with me and explained all the possibilities. In the end we had the gold melted down to go towards the new setting and they made a ring for me to put the diamond into. The ring is beautiful and sets off my old diamond perfectly! Not only that, but it was done in 24 hours! Ryan himself personally called me to go over exactly what I wanted before the ring was made. I am so happy with my new ring and thrilled to wear my engagement diamond again! Thanks, Ryan's Diamonds! We will return for an anniversary band for our 50th anniversary!

Got my wife's engagement and wedding ring here and was very impressed with the service! Would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to shop for thier rings!

Ryan helped me, and my now wife, through the whole process of buying an engagement ring. Has a warrenty to protect the ring and re-plates the rign for free every 6 months. Was very helpful and completely honest. Very refreshing experience! 10/10 recommend doing business here.

I will not go anywhere else besides Ryan's diamonds in the state of Utah to have my jewelry worked on and to have custom pieces made. I am absolutely thrilled with the craftsmanship and care that has been taken with each piece I have brought in. The staff takes excellent care of me and always communicates. I look forward to the next project I have done by them.

My husband bought me a watch at Ryan s Diamonds for my birthday. I m not a watch person, so I brought it back to get a refund.

That said, they only offer in-store credit; there will be no refund on any purchase over $50. I don t get a birthday present this year, because this place won t give us our money back.

For anyone thinking of shopping here... The interior and displayed product has the appearance of consignment. The district is a nice outdoor shopping area, but this store is far from what I would describe as a quality jewelry provider.

I purchased a new center stone for my wife for Christmas and was looking for a jeweler that could mount it for me on Christmas Eve. I knew that it was unlikely to find somewhere to get this done in time but I decided to give Ryan's Diamonds and call. Ryan was extremely kind and professional and advised us he would try to have it done in time but couldn't make any guarantees which was totally understandable. To our delighted surprise we received a call from Ryan after hours that they had stayed past closing to finish the ring for us. We were so impressed with his customer service and the ring is absolutely gorgeous!!! Thank you so much again Ryan!!! We would highly recommend this jewelry store to anyone!

Can t find a better diamond dealer. Ryan is a great guy with impeccable quality jewelry and diamonds. Would definitely recommend checking out either of his stores you will not be disappointed.

I have taken my watches in to Ryans Diamonds on several occasions from simple battery changes, to pretty big repairs. They have always taken great care of me.

There are numerous differences between hobbyists and professionals, this is definitely a hobbyist. This place got a great review and good recommendations. I will live to regret the decision to have them work on luxury timepieces. Ryan is a good guy but lacking in technical skill as a watchmaker. Took my Tudor GMT and Breitling Superocean 42 in to have the Tudor bracelet changed from the leather strap to the metal bracelet and the Breitling bracelet sized. For the Tudor I had to ask for the leather strap back, its a 600 dollar part and they believed that I was just going to toss it. It didn't take too long but when it was done there were tool marks on the case back from not using the correct tools. I took the watch in the next day to have them buff out the tool marks (scratches) and they decided to polish the rest of the watch. Huge mistake taking a luxury watch to this place because now you can see more marks and blemishes on the sides of the case. now I'm going to have to take the Tudor to a place that knows how to fix polishing imperfections.

Ryan is very knowledgeable and always does his best. He reached out to a company in Hawaii for my wife's ring and customized it for me. Definitely worth stopping by and checking out.

I am honestly amazed at the quality of their services here. I took a bunch of different jewelry in because I had a few different projects in mind. I heard good things from one of my friends. An employee promptly answered all of my questions, checked to see if my jewelry was real or not, and patiently helped me figure out the next steps. Ryan himself came over and answered a couple more questions and was very knowledgeable. They were both very professional. I ended up having them (1) resize an antique wedding ring that was one of my family member s, (2) replace a small diamond on another ring, and (3) remove some diamonds on another ring for me to use in a later project. This was all done at a very reasonable price and they told me it would be done within 2-7 days. It was done less than 24 hours later!!! And everything turned out to be SO beautiful and cleaned to show the details. I am very impressed. I will be returning later to have a piece of jewelry made!

I was referred to Ryan's by our local Daybreak FB page. Truly a kind and honest man. Never been there when there wasn't constant foot traffic often return customers, it seems.

I really want to share my experience with Ryan's diamonds. I took my ring in there to get it sized and during that process one of the diamonds became loose. Shortly after leaving I looked down to notice my diamond missing. No matter what every company is subject to Human error but I feel what is important is how that is dealt with. I automatically felt panicked and called them to let them know what happened. Not only was I comforted but reassured that they would take care of it. Without question they told me to come back in and they would personally put a new diamond in and make sure all the others were secure before leaving. They were incredibly kind and considerate. Ryan's diamond is an incredible company to do business with that in my opinion put customer service first.
