My busines partner and I used to work with another IT company based in San Antonio, who we will name company A. Company A wasted our time and money. There help desk was horrendous. Rx Technology is a Godsend. Our employees love there quick response when EVER we need them. There prices are also very reasonable.

Let me tell you that these folks were amazing! We called at 8:40 for an issue with our internet service and they were standing in our office by 9:00! They were able to determine our issue and resolve it in about 15 minutes - I could not have asked for better or more professional service - I would definitely recommend them and would certainly give them more than 5 stars if I could!
