I placed a parts order a week and a half ahead of time. Was expecting the parts to be delivered on a Monday. I called the Friday before to make sure they had arrived and would be sent out either Friday or Monday. Monday came and no parts, I called again and was told they would be delivered. Tuesday came and no parts, when I was finally able to speak with my parts salesperson I was told they weren't sent as it was $2500 over my credit limit and could I pay $2500 on my CC to get the order processed. Needless to say I was very upset at that point but needed the parts so I paid the $2500 on my CC and asked that they please get them sent out early so we wouldn't delay the repair any longer. With less than 3 hours left in the day I was forced to call on the parts again only to be told that they couldn't reach anyone in dispatch about them. I asked to speak with the parts manager and was told they could take my number and have him call me. Long story short I still don't have the parts I ordered 2 weeks ago and I don't know when or if I will receive them. If I could give less than one star I would.

Horrible service, they kept passing blame on each other when I was calling in checking on my truck. They never ordered the parts and I had my driver in town. I had to pay for my driver to hang around based on the time I wasted dealing with this shop. I can't speak for the mechanics there, but the back office is terrible. When I went in to inquire about the status of my truck after multiple calls. They acted like I bothering them. NEVER again will they get my service.
