Prima service,meteen geholpen, en mijn probleem meteen verholpen

Today we went to Louwman to talk about a new car and to take a test drive. Nice spacious case, neat reception and excellent explanation. Now we have to wait if we can get together financially.

Beautiful exotic cars, they have everything here. Great customer service.

Clear explanation about the defect, but it had a different cause, it turned out later. Helped well and quickly

Bad experience at Louwman when you buy a car then everything is fine until you get something on your car then they will dismiss you completely if you still have warranty.I had problems with start-stop system that almost never worked I call Louwman what do you think say because I drive small pieces but a month later I get Mercedes app and what do you think does that app indicate that my battery is not good I get to hear again the same story I hear you small pieces so I think go with me in the neighborhood to Mercedes garage so I went to Wensink in Emmeloord they measured my battery was no longer good so new put in 450 euros and what do you think start and stop system works perfectly actually that is under warranty now I know why they say comes they do not have to reimburse that battery through small parts I think then let you know as such a company and then always say that I drive a little bit of the week I also called because my tire on one side is sch your road wears more when the other side I call what do you think they Say what do you want what we do and immediately start talking about warranty and you better go to a garage in my neighborhood I think I don't know but I bought the car from you and when I bought the car the car pulled very slightly to the right but was then remedied but my tire is now wearing off diagonally but then you say come along even though I have to come from far I don't care

Terrible customer service. Had an appointment for an occasion test drive. Not informed that the car is already sold. I could have avoided spending few hours driving and wasting my time. Front desk has no clue about my appointment at all..

Had to ask if somebody could help me.
Nice showroom. Friendly helpful sales person. Keep in mind this is an expensive brand. Prizes go rapidly up if you start checking those wanted options :)
