The performance was outstanding. There were several attendees that did not wear masks. Communication was sent to ticket holders that Masks were madatory. Ruth Eckerd staff should have provided these people masks or ask them to leave with a full refund.
Great customer service. Went to purchase tickets for an upcoming event. Very friendly and helpful in picking seats.
Recently saw STYX here in August of 21. Great venue for a multitude of show types. Theatre style seating so you are comfortable, free parking (not sure if that was the promotion company's decision or the venue) Really easy to navigate as well. Had an absolute blast. Sound is a little verby due to the speaker placement but overall, not bad. Really want to see more shows here.
Very nice facility. Clean, well lit parking lot. Ushers inside doing their best to get you seated quickly.
It's a great place for concerts... saw Kansas and Foreigner May 2021.
The performance was fantastic and the seats were comfortable and clean. However, the hall is one of the ugliest theatres I've ever been in. Also, the rules for wearing a mask the entire time you're in the building for safety and to be responsible, I can get on board with, but then to filter several hundred people to exit only one door when there are like 16 doors, makes absolutely no sense!
Of course I will return because the intimate experience for whatever performance I wish to attend is quite charming.
Good venue for the Tampa Florida Symphony. Probably not a bad seat in the entire place. Will be back in the future for more high-quality performances, I hope.
It was great, employees were very helpful every time you needed someone someone was there to help sounds of the bands was great the bear I'm soda and food was rather expensive but that's to be expected but I was very happy with it!
Great show. Theater was wonderful. Am planning to return again in March!!!
