I purchased a luggage from Rustans Corp during the travel expo in SMX last Feb 10. Gave my bdo atm card to the cashier for a debit payment. Long story short the careless cashier swiped my card twice without saying any word, the first one for a wrong amt then 2nd for the correct amt. Unfortunately when i checked my acct both amounts were debited and rustans customer service didn't even bother to call me when i called to complain. This certain Rochelle just kept on texting and even gave me a lame excuse that it's the pos that had system error. Hello!!! Your cashier told me she voided the wrong amt obviously because she entered a wrong amt. Now i have to chase my bank to revert the amount debited!! And bec you used a mastercard pos, the min waiting time to validate the incident is 40 days. Such a huge hassle you made!! And for a big company as yours, that was very poor customer service!! Very very disappointing!!!!!
