Russels Heating and Cooling Review

I contact them on April 27th because I was having issues with my A/C unit. He came out the same day. He said he will call me the next day with correct pricing since it was after hours and was not able to find out how much are the parts. Today's date is May 5th and I haven't received any phone calls. I called and the service tech was not there.

Fantastic, quick service. Saved the day on my rental property! I got an instant call for feedback, invoice was done in 5 minutes, ready for my warranty company to review. Thank you!

I had a great experience with Russell's Heating and Cooling. I have owned three homes and have had a lot of companies and tradesman in my homes throughout the years. Steve Davison is by far the most superior technician I have ever had work on one of my homes. I had a very complicated duct work system and it had to be completely reworked. Steve did an awesome job! He went above and beyond. He delivered on every aspect of the job. He was very professional. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. He solved every issue we had with our old system. He led his crew very well. They cleaned up after themselves as they worked and at the end of each day (it was a four day job). I had five quotes to replace two complete HVAC systems in my home. Russell's was not the lowest priced(2nd lowest), but their price was very reasonable and I feel with everything they did that wasn't part of the quoted price, that I got a very good deal. They did these things to ensure they got it right. I got the impression that it was part of the company culture to ensure they do what it takes to "get it right". I highly recommended Russell's Heating and Cooling and Steve Davison!

We have the service agreement and still wait 3-4 days for a technician to arrive. Yelp shows this is likely slower than we would have gotten from a company we did NOt have an agreement with. Technician pleasant but to o obviously thrilled to tell me unit was a loss. Bought unit from Russells an it only lasted 10 years, paid $200 a year for service agreement and still waited at least 3 days each time I called them. Russells has lost service quality in rush to expand.

Upstairs cooling system stopped functioning Saturday Night (of course). Contacted Russell's Heating and Cooling on Sunday morning. To our surprise a technician was dispatched and arrived within a few hours of our call. The technician (Jake) was very professional and courteous. He identified and resolved the issue in less than 15 minutes. What a relief! I highly recommend Russell's Heating and Cooling for any HVAC service.

Harrison Boone called to let me know they were on their way and even arrived a little early. He and his assistant, David, were very thorough when doing their inspection and periodically stopped to tell me what they were doing and asked if I had any questions about anything. They were extremely courteous while working in my home and talked to me about possible things I might want to consider for the future that would benefit me in my home maintenance concerns. His sincere attitude and ability to listen to my concerns caused me to request that he be the one to come back and do the next scheduled maintenance, which he willingly set up for me.

I appreciate the professional service and advice given. Justin was punctual and polite. A Company is known by their employees! Great Job!

Rocco came out this afternoon and identified the issue with our Air condition and provided us with the guidance to address the issue. He was both professional and courteous. Thanks for getting to us so quickly it was an absolute pleasure to do business with your company
