Getting your car fixed is always a hassle but going to Russell's is a good deal because they don't upsell you and they give you good deal

Back again! I can't stay away apparantly great service! Best guys around.

I pulled up and sat there for at least 15 minutes without being acknowledged by even a simple wave. Then when i got out of the car and politely asked about getting air in my tires he yelled back, "Yeah. When I'm done." Which is fine, but you don't have to be rude. So I just left because customer service is still valued.

Staff friendly and honest threw me for a loop professional highly recommend

The rating I gave is not on the work because I've never been waiting on always always too crowded to take anyone in

Great people and Bryan is an awesome tech. Super nice guy who does great work in a short amount of time. Much appreciated.
