My husband came to rush sat for three hours in pain with his toe that was hit by a hammer. After expressing what happened and pain level the X-ray tech was the only one to actually help him she was amazing the nurse didn t do her job at all. Basically wanted him to walk out the way he came in toe busted and all they did was put a bandaid on it as if it was a scrap from falling off a bike all I can say we re not paying this bill cause we could of done that at home IMG_3550.HEIC

Very clean and bright. Staff are happy to help you with just about anything. Staff are very nice and patient. They make sure that you understand procedure, medicines and 99% of the time they will walk you to where you need to go.

I had a great experience with my doctors and nurses at the Rush Ambulatory. What I didn't have a great experience with was when I checked my purse, a large sum of money was missing. I thought since I had a room there, my belongings would be protected because no one ever asked me did I have any valuables. This was my first time having something done so I was unaware. I am still waiting to hear back about any information that have been found. This rating is not for my doctors because if my money had never come up missing, they would have 5 stars.

Rude service the doctor doesn't take time to address concerns or answer questions about blood work they try to get you out quickly. Dr Wilson was the best Dr I've seen so far along with Dr. Ahmad. But internal doctors are in such a hurry they don't give you time to tell them what's wrong and getting anyone to answer a phone is like an act of congress

Customer service or receptionist service is sub par at best. It seems that the people in these positions at this facility care not about their job or the patients entering the clinic or facility for services. Unfortunately I have to see doctors often and have other outpatient services. My experience with the receptionist has been very uncomfortable and I feel some of it was because of race. Shame to say but it was very obvious.

I seriously hope the medical staff isn't as worthless as the support staff. I've tried for like six weeks to make an appointment for pain relating to a car accident but in the words of Chris Brown... I can't even get in.

First, good luck getting hold of anyone to schedule anything. The one lady that new patients need to talk to works MAYBE 20 hours a week at best, and none of them are on Friday.

Second, they can't seem to grasp that some of the insurance companies they work with allow self-referral, meaning that since I was receiving treatment from another pain management doctor while working in another state, I don't have to find and enroll in primary care here just to then get another referral for continued care.

Third, if you're somehow able to catch the great white buffalo of a care coordinator actually at her job and doing it, she'll need records sent from your previous provider. In my case, I've had those faxed over three separate times, over the course of like six weeks, with delivery confirmation each time, and my contact info firmly affixed to the cover page. I don't know how many miles it is from the printer/fax to the care coordinator's desk, but those records just never quite seem to survive the trek.

I've been here almost 2 months trying to be seen, I probably should have taken it as a sign a month ago to look elsewhere, but maybe I'm as slow of a learner as they are. Good luck to everyone else though.

I brought my 12 year old daughter here for chest pains, been here for almost 2 hours now anyone else come in here for chest pains that's older would've went directly to the back this is BS.... I'm starting not to like Mississippi!

The worst clini ever. I shouldn't had to wait 2 days to get an excuse for both of my kids when I went down there in person to get them. My kids won't be coming back. I don't recommend you all to nobody.
