Nice and comfortable size. It not too big or too small. I go for the horse racing. Its a nice experience. The benches are spaced out well enough. The cashiers are nice and helpful.

Hotel was clean upon check in, however no maid service if you stay less than five nights ( I stayed 4) does not reflect in the price. Per the front desk employee if you need more towels etc. you need to call the front desk, wasn't sure what to do about garbage empty it myself? Competitor hotels offer housekeeping service upon request with the advent of COVID. Wish I could have given it 4 stars.
Boarder line FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Here's why! 9 out of 10 people associate the word Casino with slot machines. While at this so called "Casino", I looked high and I looked low for a slot machine. To my disappointment, there are zero, nada, none to be found. Only card games and boring horse racing. Greyhound racing is way more exciting. Unless your into short people whipping horses to make them go faster. Anyways back on topic. Since I couldn't find a slot machine anywhere, I decided to try one of their card games. I looked around until one caught my attention. To be honest, it was more the girl dealer that caught my attention. I sat down and tried my luck at 6 card poker. I asked a few simple, how do you play and bet and all that. Making it very well known that I have never played this game. As I'm trying to play, I'm asking questions and trying to get a little help. Each player only cared about themselves and they made it feel like I was a burden. The cute dealer was replaced by someone new. After that I left. Horrible place to go. Unless you like watching little guys whipping horses, then it's the place for you.
I usually go there for lunch and to make a few bets on the simulcast horse racing but I was there to early so I enjoyed some free coffee and kept an eye on the black jack tables looking for a cold dealer . They changed dealers on one table. He was a younger guy so I thought I would give it a try . I started with a 10 dollar bet and I put 10 dollars up for the dealer as well . I won that hand and so did he . Nice start I thought. So I played for about a half hour and made a couple more bets for the dealer. When I was ready to leave the table I was up 60 dollars. I tipped the dealer 10 bucks and filled my cup of coffee . Looking back I thought it was a pretty successful morning so far . I'm up 50 bucks. I've had my coffee. Whats next . I had my friend drop me off at my girlfriends house . Yep I got lucky again . I plan on starting more of my days this way from now on but I still like their inexpensive lunches and betting on the simulcast horse racing the best . Thank you running aces . I want to stay in the new hotel there as well perhaps this weekend.
Hotel was really nice. I did the horse racing package. Total for room was more than what was advertised online plus a $25 fee that's refunded later? My husband had the running aces casino card and advertised a 10% discount on the hotel room. I wasn't able to use it though? I would like a manager to reach out.
This is a review for the hotel only. We stayed one night in a king room. I found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. Our room was huge, clean and modern with super comfy beds and great lighting and the perfect adjustable temperature for a good night sleep. We loved the quiet. We really enjoyed the original art work throughout the hotel done by local artists giving the hotel an inviting Minnesota vibe. The horse racing was over for the season when we were there. Would stay again with or without the horse racing!
Stayed here for several nights. It was a great experience. The rooms are well appointed with nice sectional sofas, big TVs, comfortable beds, and great lighting. The team provided excellent service.
The amenities are nice. A standard gym and a big hot tub/pool with lots of space to lounge. Half of the hotel faces the horse tracks. You can wake up to see the horses being walked around the course and catch races during certain times of the year.
Breakfast could be better. The team members who take care of breakfast do a great job with what they have but there could be more of a selection. Still 5 stars overall! Highly recommend!
Oh my gosh, stay at the hotel! It is beautiful! Had a great stay with a track view - it was fun to watch the horses when we woke up! Can't say we won big at the horse races, but fun times were had!
Stayed at the hotel for a class reunion. This is really a nice and comfortable place. We had a beautiful room on the 5th floor at the end of a hallway (room 534) that faced the racetrack. From the front desk staff to the breakfast the following morning everything was professional and top-shelf. The food at the reunion was excellent. I'm so happy to have had this great experience.
Hotel rooms are amazing! The beds are plush and comfy with the good kind of bed sets ! Yall know the ones ! Shower was perfect after losing my money . I enjoyed the waterfall like experience !
