If I could give no stars, I would. Food, atmosphere, and service were not good to say the least. However, all those issues can be traced back to management, or lack thereof. If management doesn't seem to care about presentation or its guests, than the employees will certainly reflect that attitude as well. The most egregious issue was lack of follow up by the management team for a major issue which happened during the reception. Not only was there no follow up, but it seemed like a game of pass the blame. Accidents and mistakes happen to the best of us, but its the lack of ownership which makes the lasting impression. In this case, it couldn't be worth it. I'd rather have a reception at taco bell in the future- the bathrooms would probably be cleaner.
