Call it "karna bpjs, take" a letter of hadith, if you want to learn religion yes we do not need to the hospital ..
People are sick even misunderstood "in karna not yet eat, we need medicine hey let me recover, not need lecture ..

HUSADA HOSPITAL formerly named "Jang Seng Ie" was ...

HUSADA HOSPITAL formerly named "Jang Seng Ie" was founded on December 28, 1924 by Dr. Kwa Tjoan Sioe and several Chinese colleagues and entrepreneurs in Jakarta in the "Jang Seng Ie" association (now a Husada Society).

On June 1, 1965 IE JANG SENG HOSPITAL changed its name to HUSADA HOSPITAL which was inaugurated by the Government of Indonesia through the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. On June 25, 1971 the Governor of DKI Jakarta established HUSADA HOSPITAL as the North Central General Hospital.

HUSADA Hospital has a land area of 66,764 m2, equipped with sophisticated facilities, medical services and supporting equipment. HUSADA Hospital has undergone 4 times of accreditation as recognition given by the Government through the Ministry of Health to Hospitals that have met the established standards. that is :

Accreditation 1 of 1997 for 5 services

Accreditation II of 2001 for 12 Services

Accreditation III of 2007 for 16 Services

Accreditation IV of 2011 for 16 Services

In fact, in the third accreditation, 16 services in 2007, HUSADA Hospital by the Ministry of Health / KARS was implemented as a private pilot Hospital for the accreditation of 16 services including: Administrative and management services, medical services, emergency services, nursing services, medical records, pharmaceutical services, accident safety work (K3), radiology services, operating room services, infection control services, high risk perinatal services (PERISTI), medical rehabilitation services, nutrition services, intensive services, blood services and laboratory services.

HUSADA Hospital is currently undergoing an accreditation towards the 2012 version of the International Standard Plenary Accreditation.

1. There are some good doctors.
2. Poor service. the beginning of registering via online can already be a number but why when it is printed is different, I show the proof the problem is the number is different. The nurse did not provide clear information, instead she felt angry with the patient as if she didn't need the patient. 3 hours waiting in line.
Only suggest that the service is number 1 for custome.
Thank you very much next, hopefully the hospital will get better.

I suggest if you are "seriously ill" and want treatment for recovery, go to another hospital, so that you do not regret in the future. Funeral homes become a very profitable business in this hospital.

Yes this is a hospital well equiped with the lates...

Yes this is a hospital well equiped with the latest health tech, however, the user have no clue on how to use it properly. Experienced this first hand while doing a full body check up. Highly NOT recommended here.

Service is pretty poor in terms of being helpful nor pace nor kmowledge. You can see an obvious pointing fingers amongst the staff and nurses.

It was very bad that my niece was given medicine by a doctor and so the swelling and lukany was widespread and the GAK TNGUNG JWB Hospital was even operating to another hospital. Bad service. KLO asks for a referral letter to pay in front of the check and not check (just after returning because of the swelling and widespread injury)

It's really bad ... the BPJS participants are ignored. I asked my parents for surgical oncology. Take the bpjs queue number, but who is called based on the specialist doctor ... then what is the point in taking the queue number ... so it takes a long time to move the queue number on the screen. really messed up ... there's no polite talk about the patient ... if it's not because it's the closest to home and I don't get the referral there too.

Not cheap aka EXPENSIVE with VERY POOR SERVICE AND ADMINISTRATION. Using insurance? It's better not to come here. BPJS? Moreover. Even if you paid the hospital fee by your own risk (money), the service you get is as equal as you are a LOL. Maybe the staff feel senior or have been working here for a long time, so there is no need for a briefing, no need to heed and prioritize the patient again, work unprofessionally and just rudely. But this is only an assumption, please judge for yourself if you seek treatment there.

I am a patient here for a long time, always aware that this hospital service is indeed very lacking (read: very bad). For example, administration that is not good, services that are not friendly, bitchy and ignorant, slow, and often rotated, one info can be different between staff, equipped with ordinary facilities such as hospitals generally. A kind of complete indomi ceplok if it describes the poor service in this hospital.

Will not comment much on the doctor's services because many doctors often change. But certainly, a good doctor is of course a specialist with the most expensive consulting prices (which in fact some specialists cannot use insurance). Most doctors are old, even though some are young too.

Regarding lodging, class 1 is placed in an old separate building, and if you are afraid of darkness or believe in mystical things, it's better not to stay in here. Except for taking VVIP at an abnormal price and standard or below standard service.

This time, my resentment peaked so I decided to make a review.

I have a toothache, because I have Sequi Insurance * I tried to apply for insurance registration. After the turn arrived, I gave my card, but the staff immediately refused my card, stating that our hospital was not cooperating with the insurance with an indifferent attitude with the original position and while facing his coworkers.

I was curious, I called the insurance company. The insurance staff stated that Sequi * collaborated with RS Husada and advised me to notify RS Husada staff to contact Sequi Insurance directly *.

I returned to the registration section, where I was refused again, this time the hospital staff told his friend and SAME "ngeyel", stating that the insurance company PASTI said that it cooperated with our hospital, but the Husada Hospital was not a collaboration.

However, I continued to insist that the RS Husada & staff try to contact Sequi *, because I knew that insurance could not contact the RS on this issue and I hope I can use insurance for outpatient care with a dental specialist.

They remained adamant and indifferent to me (PATIENT), with a disparaging tone stating that if I insisted, the results would be the same and emphasized with a tone of "insulting" that the hospital had no cooperation, NO BUSINESS at all to contact the Insurance.

ONCE DOES NOT THINK THAT THE PATIENT IS SICKING AND COMES MORNING TO IMMEDIATELY GET HEALTH CARE.

While holding back my annoyance, I was still patient and tried to move to the cashier to ask which administrative department could contact insurance (call Sequi * again, and still be willing to play around for clarity).

At the cashier again moved, every time I moved to try to explain the chronology again, then the party who knew this told me to go back to the insurance registration section and told TADI staff to contact Sequi insurance *.

IF THIS CAN BE AVOIDED IF THE STAFF DIRECTLY CONTACTS THE INSURANCE PARTY WITHOUT FRIENDING WITH THE PATIENT.

Finally, the two hospital staff WANTED TO TRY to call Sequi * after my tone rose and other staff asked for chronology. But very late, I decided to move to another hospital before high blood pressure.

A better save than a coming to this hospital.

Very bad service on medical rehabilitation / physiotherapy 4th floor. Really playing with patients and their families. Already to the 4th floor you have to go back to the 1st floor for reasons of system switching. After the list, it was queued but it was kept raided with the reason that the files had not been sent up. WTH. He was told to go straight to the doctor until the doctor was refused because he could not be examined.

For those who want better therapy, think twice. The staff joked more like shouting like in the forest

December 28,2019 at 11pm I was sick because of a stomach injury, and the taxi suggested to the Hospital of Husada because it was better. Early emergency security sy come directly helps but I still have to wait for the doctor who was only 1 for 10 minutes and many patients. After the injection is allowed to go home. The next day on doctor suggestion winda, sy to specialist dr.Suyanto Sidik. My listing Jam Jam 4.30pm and 6.40pm the doctor came, when the schedule Hours 4-7pm. After signing in, 10 minutes in question sy told to hospitalization though Saturday. Sy refused and the medicine given by doctor Sidiq did not cure it. And have to dispose of drugs from the ER doctor. Finally Monday I was still in pain coming to the RSCM. The hospital which was disappointing and had to pay a total of $ 110 to a maximum of ill-treatment. Sy heard from other patients when using BPJS very hard and treated differently. It's so unpleasant being sick in my own country.

I gave birth in this hospital, with a spog radius doctor ... doctors and nurses were very pro normal, when I was almost giving up because of the contractions of the nurses and doctors patiently accompanying and supporting y so that still could give birth normally ... I chose a superior room, the rooms are spacious d berishkan 2 times a day, and the food is delicious, the menu is also selected ... satisfied anyway!

There is no health protocol. I was horrified to have queued up in a queue here at the pandemic.
The staff are all friendly. 300rb rapid antigen results in 2-3 hours. Swab pcr 750 hsl 3 days, 1.5m 1 day.
A lucrative business, actually one day there will be results, hopefully blessings.

The location is near residential areas so it is strategic for the sick. The place is always crowded with people who want treatment. It has been renovated so that it can fit more patients. Often the patients complain but the principle is 'the dog barks the caravan goes' so there are still many patients. The environment is not clean and well-maintained is also not a problem for the manager. Even patients waiting so long to redeem medicines is not a big problem for the manager.
