I ve been banking with RSI for about 4 years now. Between the locations, there is always at least one branch open for all the days in the week. It s definitely a more personable experience compared to the Big banks. I ve referred friends there as well who have received amazing rates for their homes. I also here exceptional things about their commercial department. If you re in the Union County area, I d definitely have at least one account with this bank.
Has no online support. Made my elderly mother come into the bank during a snow storm to update her email because they couldn't do it over the phone. Never addressed the late fee my mother was charged on her mortgage. Mortgage was due day before my mothers social security and retirement was deposited. This went on 15 years unnoticed and never addressed. Never compensated. Do not use this bank
I have had an a account here since I was a child, maybe 10 years old. I now have 4 accounts and my gs troop banks here too. I have had some small issues but everyone bends over backwards to fix it to YOUR liking. I also love walking into a bank and people know who you are. Never experienced that at other larger banks. I'm not going anywhere for awhile. Unless I leave the state, This is my bank for life!!!
