Stay far away! They come off as professional initially but they don't produce any results, they don't honor agreements, and the basically use the "credentials" to create an endless loop of nonsense bureaucracy and planning around your project without any deliverable. Our questions about deliverable (or even timesheets for their contractors) were met with requests from RSC for more phone calls. After months of going in circles with a team of 5 contractors from RSC, they produced not a single usable piece of code and delivered their first invoice ever with no details on hours or deliverables (this was the first invoice after months of going in circles with nothing getting done) for over $100k. When asked what they did to justify the $100k invoice, their team stopped responding to us and then a few months later out of the blue we were sued as part of their effort to collect on the fraudulent and indefensible invoice. Stay far away and don't fall for the seemingly professional approach of their initial contact point team members like Collin Nugent & John Robinson.
