Hi Guys, When you want to learn ethics of work culture this is the company your looking for. The stress free works and excellent management. Motivating managers. For a Freshers who is into Customer support work this is the ideal start.work will fun, business casuals, each month one fun activity games, biryani day, culturals etc. I really missed this office as I left the company because my interest was entering into IT Cloud or Analytics Data Science that gives you more package which is more needed to support my family according to circumstances.
I worked here for 2 years as an customer support associate.

Advantages: Best for Female employees and freshers(Both). You will learn a lot and more IJP available. Stress Free Work. Location is great with good ambience.

Disadvantages:
Night Shifts are provided with one way drop alone for employees. No pick up but still its great to come as we have bonus thats helping us ideally.

My 2nd home. Started my career with RR Donnelley, learned so many things from my superiors and from my colleagues as well. Had a great experience working here. I've been treated well when I go for any places and if I say, I'm, an RRD employee they respect in such way because of the reputation that was build in the outside forum. I feel so proud and glad that I gained my experience and knowledge with RRD. Always close to my heart.

I received a mail December end of 2019 regarding a job interview by one of the HR consultant from your company. As I received phone number on the mail I tried calling her on phone on 31st December for which she replied me to call me back on 1st of January 2020 as she was on leave on 31st. So i called back for which there was no response. I have waited for more than 10 days so I'm giving a review. As I have already worked in Chennai just wanted to know the employer name for which I received the mail. But the HR consultant has not shown any sort of response. I'm not worried about the job but the way the HR consultant has not responded even after saying. My question to the company is the candidature of a candidate will be declined just because your employee was holidaying.?
