We were very pleased with the look, function and ease of installation, the connection to the water supply was well designed, there were no leaks, and I didn't have to walk around and tighten the fittings after turning the water on. They don't look as "solid" as much more expensive options, and one feature of the faucet we ordered is that when you turn it off, the spray or flow setting stays the way you left it
