Been going to Windsor for thirty years or so and the whole experience has just got worse and worse. We used to love it and used the silver ring, great value and good facilities - now non existent - then the club is expensive, impossible to get a reasonably priced drink and the wine is from some obscure region that I didn't know made wine, and given that it is only open for a few months the restaurants are frequently not open or impossible to book - no one returns your calls. Shame as it is a lovely track for what it is

I went for a family racecourse along with my family and friends.Firstly at the entry the staff was so rude, searching my cosmetic bag where I kept my cash.He just picked it up and commented afront of people why I have done it.Secondly my children were so excited as there were lots of bouncy castles for little ones ,the queues were extremely long. My youngest one was inpatient,2 years old and kept running away .We just kept taking her out of the attractions but the teenager who looked after the bouncy castle started to shout at me that my daughter keeps running around and told me off for not kept her still and started to to talk about me to people in a queue while I was there.I told her to stop attacking me as this place ment to be for children and she did complain that children are there! Definitely she shouldn't be there as didn't know how to act while children around. We we're in a queue for the second time after the race there were no one there but she wanted my children to come off ! Overall I will never go again as I got so upset. We always spent fortune on racecourse and we're regular guests but not anymore with youngsters useful and rude staff .

Loved every second of our time at Windsor racecourse. I went with a 1 year old, my husband and my mother in law. The restaurant was great with a lot of choice. It was a wonderful place to visit, lots to see and do. A great family outing. I would highly recommend it.

Brilliant day out. Never been racing before but all the staff on the course were on hand to guide through the day. Had a couple of winners too. Really enjoyed the experience. Magnificent setting we will be back.

Beautiful place to have wedding party. On a sunny day it's so open space and so much green it looks nice. I don't know if that would be the same if it was rainy day. It can be alittle confusing navigating it your way around. The kids loved the open space.

Absolutely disgusting that they allowed of procession of trucks to honk their horns through residential areas at 8am in the morning for a while half hour and no one found out until they proceeded through. Day = ruined

We were very disappointed with all the segregation at the race track. We are regular visitors to Irish race meetings and with the exception of Derby day segregation to different areas would not take place. The quality of the racing was poor and the prize money is outrageous.

Had a lovely day here last Monday evening. We had Grandstand tickets, plenty of space and good view of the track not to far from the finish. Lots of places to eat drink etc and they had a Vegas night on too which was great.
Only problem was the bar staff in the main bar, couple were a little rude and they only had 4 staff on which is silly for a big race day! Surely you can afford a couple more staff for the day. But that was the only complaint

A great family day out. It was a specific family day sponsored by the Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire Freemasons so there were lots of fairground rides that were all free.

Shame I wasn't lucky with the betting.

I think windsor races are being greedy. Not enough facilities for the amount of tickets sold. Queuing for ladies toilets for 40 mins. Then no seat or flush. Missed the race!! Everyone complaining ages to queue for drinks and food. We'd paid extra to get into club. Won't return very disappointed and not to the standard of other courses we attend. Up your game Windsor!

Free race night , good crowd and atmosphere but not cramped for space. Good size TV screen, well positioned and good quality racing. Would recommend Windsor without hesitation.

My first time at the racecourse yesterday for the Kaiser Chiefs, and I was astounded how few loos they provided. Queues were almost an hour long - I personally gave up completely! I have been to numerous festivals and outdoor events this summer and I have never seen queues like this, or so few loos, anywhere. My friend queued for almost an hour for 3 loos in a tiny portacabin - literally insane. I would never attend again .. had to make a mad dash for the loo in Gogo's afterward .. all I can say is thank god I have never had children and my bladder could cope !! Other friends were not so lucky. Appalling and farcical.

Overpriced (admission and drinks (limited range)), despite the fact I was there on a so-called Family Day! Staff friendly and cheerful, free parking next to the course. I'm not big on gambling so will likely appeal to others more than it did me. Course seems outdated in comparison with others (Newbury, Ascot) I've visited.

Came here for an afternoon racing and Ministry of Sound event.

I thought the course was very good, lots of street food stands, helpfull friendly staff and lots of bars, very important on a blazing hot day.

The Ministry of Sound gig was brilliant, good warm up, basment jaxx headline.

The night was warm, the crowd was friendly and danced, there music played to the most amazing sunset over the Thames.

My husband and I went recently and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Good view of the track and big screens for where you cannot. Plenty of opportunity to get up close to the horses and cheer your winner home.
