The AC comes on in the winter. It barely goes above 72 in most offices and you get fine tickets from the landlord for bringing in personal heaters. When asked why she doesn't raise the heat her response is that legally she only has to provide a certain amount of heat.
Aside from cold winters wear most tenants wear sweaters to work, the parking lots are full of cars. People park outside of spot constantly and it causes fights.
Theres no cameras in the parking lots, so if your car gets damaged that's your problem. Good luck finding who did it.
The manager belittles and shames her assistants and staff. She talks down to people like they are children often taking personal feelings out at work.
I know all this, because I use to work here for 4 years running the buildings for her. Everything I listed was reported and was ignored.
The problems at work tended to pile up into pending folders until she finds time to deal with them. Things have been in that folder for months, because shes barely around.
Honestly it is a beautiful area. the tenants were all very great to me, but it's a trap. The Landlord will look for a way not to make your problems her problems.
Read your leases carefully... just some friendly advice.
