My father wasn't given his medication over a week they hadn't even entered him in their system as a resident. Still to this day no idea what meds they administered to him. I told myself I wasn't going to bad mouth this place but I read another review that was on point so I changed my mind. The staff was nice to him but unfortunately the owner didn't do her job and he ended up at Morton plant hospital. Removed him asap he now is in a safe environment I hope they pay more attention to their residents and not their pocketbooks. Next time they may end up killing someone.

Royal Oaks is amazing AF. They treat all their residents there with love and patience. Thanks to the owner and the staff for all the work they do

My mother was a resident for a few months. This place looks nice , family run . But the truth is that the owners only concern is the bottom dollar. I have heard staff talking to residents disrespectful and I have been spoken to in a tone by the owner Marie that I can only imagine how she speaks to others when no one else is listening. The food is awful . I don t have anything positive to say about this establishment

This assisted living facility is amazing and very family oriented! They take care of their residents like family and meet individual needs of each resident. They keep positive energy going to keep residents in great moods. The home cooked food is amazing they serve 3 times a day and snacks in between. They're always welcome to visitors and encourage closeness within their small community. This is an Assisted living facility that is run by family and made to feel like all residents are family as well! Love this place!

Great food, home cooked meals and plenty of it, warm staff. Who could ask for more. They take of everything and my friends and I here are happy we live here.
