My experience with finding a home with the Rocca sisters has been a long journey but a great one! Initially I contacted them to help me rent out my condo and find a home to rent. After seeing some rentals with my agent Jamie, I decided to buy a home and sell my condo. Jamie was there for every step of the way. She was extremely patient with all of the different and particular things we wanted in our home and saw to it that we found a home that suited us the best. Tanya from the Rocca sisters was also fantastic and she called to check in on how things were going which I thought was really nice and I haven t had other heads of realtor firms do that before.
I honestly can t thank Jamie enough for everything she has done and for answering my excessive amount of texts with question after question of each property we viewed. Not only did she reply but she replied promptly and if there was an answer she didn t know she would still reply back and say that she was going to contact the listing agent and get back to me. It might be a long review but I feel like my story and the relationship built with Tanya Rocca needs to be told My Husband and I purchased a new townhouse in 2008 Grimsby Ontario. Our daughter was born in 2010. I saw new builds were coming to Beamsville close to my Parents 5min drive. It worked out beautifully. The Rocca sisters definitely rely on their reputation to forage new business. They were absent and only called when they wanted to try and save face or pressure us into lowering our price. Nothing went smoothly. Granted, we were selling during a pandemic and things were unprecedented and stressful for all, but even in giving them the benefit of the doubt, they did not check in to see how we were doing and even made mistakes in coordinating the right viewing time or ensuring the other agent had the key. This resulted in 2 viewing missed unnecessarily. The agent was not communicative, and in debriefing his updates on viewings (whenever he chose to do so), his narrative sided with the concerns of the buyer more so than highlighting the selling points of the house. At the end of our contract, we received nothing but a cheaply made lunchbox with a card that asks for a referral. We wont be referring them until their services align with their empty words.

Just sold my home with the Rocca sisters and I had to review my experience because they were the best real estate agents I ve ever worked with. This is not my first home sale, but since I m not from the area, I needed a new agent to work with and after some local friends recommended them I decided to call.
From the second I was in contact their dedication responsiveness and professionalism showed right away.
But then the staging advertising photography videography (and they even made a personalized photo booklet for the people coming through my house to take with them) and all the work they put into the advertising of my place was astonishing.
