My trip was very short, it was from Amman to Aqaba, but the service wasn't as it used to be, they only offered us a very low quality juice (water and sugar) less than 200 ml! Royal Jordanian is related to Jordan, and Jordan is the country of generosity, but I didn't see that in my trip, although it's short. And the flight attendants weren't professional, loud voice and behaving like they were at home!
The location is convenient for getting your boarding pass, and dropping your luggage rather than doing this at the airport if you are flying with Royal Jordanian, but you can do that only within 24 hours prior to your flight time.
Not crowded, and kind staff.
Irregular treatment, I think the reason is the circumstances in which the country is going through the Coronavirus
If you're traveling with Royal Jordanian Airlines to any destination it is wise to do an early check-in for your luggage and book your seat 24 hours before departure, so you can avoid the airport check-in lanes.

Bad airline, i don t know who destroyed it.. but it was one of the best airlines, it was great not a long time ago even though it s a little expensive.. but now they kept the prices and it s horrible NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

I have been using R J for almost seven years now to go from London to Amman. very convenient flights, good meals and efficient air hostesses.
Buy travel tickets or refund it, do my reservation for all Royal Jordanian Airline destination
The staff at the check in counter discriminate non-Israelis passengers. People have been queuing up for long time waiting the counter to open. When it opened, a group of local people jumped the queue. Everybody had been complaining, the staff just simply let them to check in first. Such a bad service level!

Bad customer service and you stay on hold for more than 45 minutes!!! Until you get bored and nobody answers your calls. I USED to be a frequent flyer with you but no more RJ!
The property has unparalleled airlines, but the boarding staff at the airport are chasers, repellents and very provocative .. Tickets to Istanbul, Tunisia and Algeria are very expensive, knowing that charter flights depart from the airport for less than half the price of the ownership ticket, so why does the property not want to compete with Fly Jordan, Jordan Aviation and Pegisus ... And provide property service at charter prices

Very bad experience with Royal Jordanian. I had my return flight canceled and i've never get a refund for that. Futhermore had to book another ticket with another company by my own ! They never replied to my numerous email asking for help. I've never seen that...
I don't recommend the company at all.
Great concept and location. I like this concept because it is a great convenient to passengers and their families. The idea from this center is one stop shop. You can book your ticket and pay for it there. Also you can come to the center and check in and take the air conditioned bus to the airport for a much cheaper fare than taking the taxi.
The reason I did not give it a full mark because they need to proivde more to passangers. One thing they need to extend their check in period to two days and also provide a small coffee shop for waiting passangers.
This monument is one of the most important places in Amman, as it provides a lot of time and comfort for travelers. Either by purchasing tickets or by handing over their bags
