My mother had Royal Care for 15 years services, she received excellent care. Now is my turn I chose Royal Care because they show they do care for the patients and people in general. So far all the home attendants my mother had received and myself are good people.

Well-trained staffs from Asian Payroll. One time I called in to help my parent setting up an APP and some other information. The lady who on the phone was patient and professional. The things explained were easy to understand.

Excellent customer service! The receptionist and payroll department staff are very friendly, they help me install the apps on my phone, then I can check all my payroll and benefits info online. It s very convenient. And hope the pandemic will end soon. Then I can go to Royal U to get the free salon and beauty service as the employees benefit.
