I needed a washer ASAP and the employee who answered the phone was so helpful. They delivered and installed same day, very polite installer who wore a mask to protect my home. Thank you Royal!

I had already visited their website and picked out the oven I wanted. I researched other discount appliance places and products Royal was the only true discount retailer that I found. The staff was friendly and helpful. They offer a one year warranty on all appliances which means they will repair or replace any part or give you credit to replace the product. This no additional charge. Cost of delivery and installation was fair and service men were on time (no 3-4 hour window). I definitely recommend checking this place out before paying full price for an appliance.

worst experience ever ..they said 1 year warranty for "open boxes appliances " thats a big lie technicians never show up, i just bought a refrigerator..next day door gasket was hanging .off i callled ..still waiting..for his tech...i wish i can get my money back NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

Amazing CUSTOMER SERVICE! Beautiful store, and very good deals! They were so patient with us while we ran into difficulty paying for all of these appliances at once on one debit card. They even stayed open past their closing time to ensure we experienced a successful, yet pleasant transaction.

Not to mention, their delivery and installers came over on time! And did their job so effectively and fast with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Our appliances are OPEN BOX CONDITION, but they look pretty BRAND NEW to me! I would recommend to anyone in the market for appliances 100%! Best deal I ve found in the Las Vegas area.

Unbelievable service and honest. Despite getting the call at 8:30pm on July 3rd, they came out early on July 4th to saved the day. Do not use anyone else in OC for appliance repair. Fixed my kitchenaid dishwasher. Great work.

There seems to have been some serious supply issues with both LG and Samsung which resulted in our electric range being delayed by three weeks (our LG range was totally out of stock resulting in the order of a Samsung range). Royal attempted to accommodate us by providing a loaner range. While this isn't Royal's issue, clearly a supply issue, the end result is my wife and I being without a cooktop or stove for two weeks (heading towards three) and at the very least I'd have to recommend researching your product thoroughly before heading into this store.

When it comes to appliances at an affordable rate, this is definitely the best spot in town! The appliances are all very clean and in great condition. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. If you need to do a layaway option, they have it available. A personal payment plan, no problem. If you communicate with them and keep your word on the payments, they are willing to help you out. Delivery and installation, or in store pickup is also available options as well. I worked with a staff member named Martina and she was very helpful and always greeted myself and others with a smile every time I or other customers walked through the door. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to add some new appliances to their home. 2 thumbs up

I was working with Martina, sales rep at Royal Appliances and she worked out an incredible deal I couldn t pass. I purchased an open box Lg French door refrigerator and washer and dryer for my new home. Everything was under 2,000 and my appliances were new!! She offer free delivery and I received additional 10% off with my military discount. I couldn t be more happier and grateful to have found good appliance store in my area. The lady s in the front desk are very friendly and will offer financing with zero interest.
