Three gentleman from Royal took my very elderly father from the Summit ER back to his home. They did a fabulous job on all fronts. Most of all, they were courteous, compassionate, and professional.
Slow at picking up the patients, My mother was at a hospital and she needed a emergency transportation department royal was called but didn t show up quick to help
Worst ambulance company. 2 hr wait time for dispatch then got hung up on without confirmation, only to reach them again after another half hour to tell me that the dispatch is now 3 hours!
Insanely unprofessional and worthless company!
One of your ambulances (#981) blatantly ran a red at Cedar and Sacramento in Berkeley this evening and if we hadn t been paying attention it would have T-boned us! They didn t have their sirens or lights on. They weren t rushing somewhere. And they passed through the intersection a few seconds AFTER it changed! I called to report and no one answered the phone. To me that s a big one star experience.

I really like Royal Ambulance service because my mom had use their services twice. My mom lost her favorite purple blanket and Monica, Mr. Sivan Gomez are awesome. They are willing to make my mom happy and made special trip to see my mom. She is on hospice care for her cancer and that mean a lot for end of life patient. Royal fit their company name and Mr. Gomez is a great person for an account manager. Hospitality and compassion. Love you all.
The service would have been good if the EMT who took me back home had not been so harsh to her trainee. Although they were both polite to me, the trainee was on her second day and the trainer was putting her down throughout my whole transport. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable.
Great EMTs. You can tell they actually care about their patients by going out and beyond... they even gave my buddy a purple blanket to keep. Cool company - recommended.
I had a really good experience with the EMT team that helped my father when he had a fall at a facility. They were very patient and accommodating to my requests and allowed me to come along with them on the Ambulance. They are a great company and provide excellent services. I recommend using them if you are looking for an ambulance provider.
