Fantastic fusion cuisine. Great place to go for Aloha (happy) hour, great service and ambiance and the food has never been anything but perfectr. The sushi, pot stickers, ribs, and wagu sliders are favorites along with the molten chocolate souffle.

Loved every minute of class. It was fun and hopefully I can duplicate what I learned. Chef was entertaining and informative. The food we produced was fabulous. Can't wait to see if there will be any more classes. Thank you Chef for a wonderful time!!

We love Roy's!!! We have been to coming to Roy's at Desert Ridge for probably as long as they have been open, we love this place, amazing food, drinks, atmosphere, staff & the list goes on. BUT tonight we found out it has a new manager & OH DID HE/SHE MAKE A HUGE MISTAKE...HE/SHE PULLED THE "ALOHA HOUR" FROM OUTSIDE! You can only have "Aloha Hour" now inside in the bar area. I know so many people that would go just for that & to sit outside...BIG, BIG, BIG MISTAKE...HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT ! I kinda gave the host a peice of my mind about it & he said I wasn't the only one! Such a huge bummer!

I would 100% recommend this restaurant. My fiance and I went with my parents to celebrate our engagement and had the best time. Our waiter Daniel did a great job! The food was absolutely amazing. We got to choose a dessert at the end and even got surprise champagne! We love the pictures that we got as well.

Excellent food, but pricey. Come during their happy hour Aloha , from 2:59pm-6pm and 8:00pm to close for $7-$9-$11 appetizers. I love their Wagyu sliders, and Pork ribs. Friendly servers and staff.

They currently have special deal on Sundays for Lobster tails. $34 for a 3 course Lobster tail dinner, or $44 for 2 large lobster tails. Great flavor, and nice way to pamper yourself.

The Mahalo Mondays are a $49 menu. Choose any appetizer, except Sushi, or the appetizer for two people. Any entree, and a dessert. First I got a $17 Pork rib appetizer. Then I got the Filet Mignon, plus lobster tail entree, which by itself sells for $64. And finally a great Key lime tart for dessert.

They re kid friendly, with a nice 3 course meal for $12.95, plus a beverage, too.

The only negative on our most recent visit is we waited for 6-7 minutes for a host to come to the front to seat us. And it wasn t a very busy night.
