We had a great experience with Roy O Brien Ford! After visiting several Ford, Toyota, Honda and Subaru dealerships in the metro Detroit area, we finally narrowed things down to an Escape Hybrid (our first time buying a Ford). Roy O Brien Ford was prompt, transparent and offered a great deal. Everyone we spoke with at the dealership was friendly and helpful, especially our sales rep Mary. After some not-so-pleasant experiences at a few other dealerships, it was a relief to feel like Mary had our best interest in mind and that we were in great hands.

I bought a car from Roy O'Brien over twenty year ago and I knew from experience they stood behind their cars. This time I bought a Mustang California Special (The Coyote). She is a beauty. My salesman Jerry Morawski made the transaction completely painless. He did everything except pay for the car himself. Gracious and outgoing he was a pleasure to do business with. My car was ready to go on my time table and that is in a large part due to Jerry doing a little pushing and it was greatly appreciated. If your looking for a car this is the place to go.

Roy O Brien has treated me better than most car places I have been to. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and they made it happen. No hidden fees, they did NOT try to sell me something that I didn t want, and they had very reasonably priced vehicles. Mike was fantastic and made the process so simple. They genuinely appreciate your business and will do everything they can to get you into your new car. Will come back here when that time comes again, and will be referring any family and friends in the future!

Tried to get into a 2021 F150 was told my debt to income was not there which didn t make scene. with how much cash I was putting down still my sales man didn t push hard for me. I m very disappointed since this is a family own dealership. Hopefully Jeff in used sales will push hard for me I just need a dependable vehicle to get me back to work after battling cancer.

I was driving a 2011 Ford Edge that had almost 200thousand miles on it. It was not safe to drive at all and I was having a hard time finding a good place to buy a good used car. Then Mike came along. I didn t want to just buy any car and settle, I was looking for something that I absolutely loved and had all the amenities I wanted. Mike found the perfect vehicle for me. I have never had such an amazing experience buying a car, he was so efficient so fast and so professional!!!! I highly recommend going here if you re looking for a great used car!!! Ted really took care of me and made the whole process as smooth as possible. I got a great care at a great deal. It'll be a while till I'm in the market for another but when I am I'm going back.

Purchased a new 2021 Explorer from Roy O'/Brien Ford recently. The salesman Ted Roney IV was very helpful in getting the paper work handled quickly, facilitating the transaction and having the vehicle prepped for delivery later that afternoon which we picked up. I was pleasantly surprised with the 4-cylinder TC performance of the new vehicle as I just came out of a V-six Explorer Sport. Roy O'Brien has been my car dealer for the past 15 years and I will keep coming back for a pleasant auto experience!

This is my 3rd time in a row leasing through Roy O Brien Ford, and I couldn t be happier! I can t think of any reason why I would ever need to turn to another dealer. My salesman, Angelo Lafata, has always been FANTASTIC!!! Certainly one of their best guys there! He helps me to explore all options that I have and explains everything super clearly. He takes all the stress and anxiety out of the process of getting a new vehicle. Angelo presents himself as an extremely friendly yet professional guy who wants to help you in ANY way he possibly can! When I get worried about money, prices, leasing options, or getting into a new vehicle, Angelo reassures me that everything is going to work out just fine and quells all of my anxiety. Keep it up! Roy O Brien is the place to go to get a nice Ford vehicle! Also, quick shout out to the service department: you re all extremely pleasant and really easy to work with. Never again will I take my vehicle to their service department. Took my car for 2 Ford recall repairs. They tried to charge me for the repair when Ford was covering the expense. When I told them, I wasn't paying, suddenly the bill went away. Wonder how many more people have been scammed over the years. Down with them.
