I used them to sell and purchase my property and not only was they exceptionally quick they were also professional and friendly also with good fees. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends/family as I am over the moon with such excellent service which I have been provided. I received a letter from Roseberry Morris on behalf of a neighbour who had a dispute. The letter was factually incorrect stating speculation and opinion as matter of fact and was very threatening. Rowberry Morris were citing incorrect acts of law that had been superceded. Alternative Dispute Resolution was also mentioned in their letter. I contacted Rowberry Morris after contacting my own legal cover solicitors who wanted to deal with the matter via formal processes. I advised Rowberry Morris of the intention to proceed via court proceedings but said I would be agreeable to Alternative Dispute Resolution as a gesture of good will. I heard nothing further from Rowberry Morris. I also have to point out that the letter that was issued by Rowberry Morris was very poorly written with incorrect grammar, spelling mistakes and incomplete sentences. Combine this with the fact that it was citing outdated acts of law and it is safe to say that they are incompetent on multiple levels. It's shocking that practices like this exist and I feel empathy towards anyone else that has to deal with them.

I only wanted a conveyancing quote, but they were very rude. I was told they were too busy and then they actually recommended that I contact another solicitor! Apparently it would be too complicated for them and would take them too long. Pretty shocking first impression of this firm.

I recently used RM and must say how impressed I was with them. Mr Reynolds was remarkable, helping me with a personal matter. He navigated the case through court with real skill and knowhow, I can't thank him enough.

My goodness what a disaster we had dealing with this company, Sharron in particular who was simply rude and unhelpful. Everything was late / delayed. We almost lost the place we were buying because of incompetences, I would recommend you use someone else. I would give this rating a 0 star if I could.

if you google "commissioner of oath staines" this is the first thing that pops up. If you ring their number receptionist will tell you "we don't do that". REALLY ! if you don't do oath then don't say you do! Please stop abusing the google adwords WHAT a SHAMBLES
