Amazing venue, love it there. Definitely would recommend.
Great fun night in the iconic venue it was beautiful and incredibly intimate whist retaining its grandure
Atmospheric and unusual historic venue. Get there early for pole-free views if on the floor level. The modern facilities are only let down by an inadequate number of toilet facilities.
Love this venue! So many stories... classic venue! Saw Deep Purple in 2013 over there!
Absolutely fantastic venue.....didn't know it could hold up to one thousand people.. wowoww
My partner and I came here last month to see the very talented Adam Ant. Wow! This is my second time here to see him. The venue is amazing, very friendly staff.
In the summer the roof of the roundhouse is transformed into "Camden Beach", a sand filled outdoor drinks space.
Very popular, long queues to get in, but once you're past the door staff there's plent of room with lovely cocktails and drinks, deckchairs, beach balls and live music.
Fun night out, though that's it now for summer 2013. Hopefully the beach will return next summer!
Great venue, good organisation of events, good facilities.
Great venue for the night, backyard cinema was absolutely fantastic with the whole beach theme. Amazing setting with lights and bean bag chairs and sand on the floor. Most of all I lied that they had dappa vegan icecream there!
Fantastic and beautiful venue. No matter where you stand or sit you can be sure of a great view of the stage
Bass can be a bit muddy in live performances, but atmosphere is great.
Went to see Devin Townsend live, unique location, nice bar, very good acoustics and crowd management. Easy to reach by tube.
We only went outside by doing a free tour, the guide made us five cents of how it became a concert hall. Before that it served as a gin store
FTLE! Awesome venue, well organised and helpful staff/ volunteers.
Great venue. No need to queue for drinks as plenty of bars with efficient staff. The best and cleanest toilets I've ever used! The only negative thing was that they could have opened more doors for people to exit through at the end of the gig.
Great small venue.
Loved the place and the organisation during gigs and other events.
Very cool structure, worth a visit just for that.
It's also one of the best spaces for gigs, with many options to have a good view of the stage.
Great concert venue well organised easy access to bar areas
Plenty of bars, always lively event space and a great live music venue (as well as all the arts and educational aspects of the venue). Plenty of good bars/restaurants in walking distance to it as well for before/after
Estopa concert! Very cozy place and good sound quality.
Totally fabulous venue. Great sound, great views of stage. Plenty of bars and staff very friendly and efficient. Been here a few times now and always look forward to going. Cate le Bon was the support act, I loved her even more than the band we were originally drawn to, Deerhunter.
I've been to a couple of events here and really like it as a venue!
Great venue. The beer selection is so poor though. London has hundreds of independent breweries, I find it amazing that in 4 bars in the building you can't find one decent original beer.
The legendary, immensely stylish yet still friendly Camden music venue. Post-industrial nature of the building nicely balances the recent, hi-tech refurbishment, the place doesn't feel sterile and pleasant acoustic-wise. Roundhouse maintains consistently high design standards - from interior elements to posters. A pleasure to visit.
Brilliant venue. Unbelievable night watching the amazing Johnny Marr.
One of the best venues I have ever been to. The building is incredible and every seat or position gives you a great view of the artists on stage. Also very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend to anyone. My father is disabled and even though it is central London they have a private car park on site just for disabled people who can't use public transport. They really do cater for everyone and all staff at the roundhouse are extremely helpful. I simply cannot say enough good things about the place. Only downside is having to cope with London traffic! Oh and FYI they don't sell scotch at the bar, how weird is that!!
Much, MUCH bigger than it looks from the outside - cracking acoustics and great capacity. They seem to slightly undersell the main floor which means that at gigs you get a fair amount of space to move around and it's easy to get back to the bar. Went here for a Twin Atlantic gig - they absolutely smashed it!
We went to see a breath-taking Monteverdi opera. Friendly if expensive bar and an outstanding venue hosting extraordinary productions.
Great and unique venue with an interesting history. The layout lends itself perfectly to live perfomance, and they always have a great line up and exciting shows on offer. During the summertime they also host Camden Beach on their roof, which is a great spot for on sunny day.
Came here for the Dido Concert. Was sitting at the top . View to the stage is good. However, people standing downstairs were noisy and affected the concert. Staff showing me to the seat was friendly.
Great venue. Close to the tube but the queues are sometimes a problem.
Nice venue, fair prices, very crowded down the bottom (i guess to be expected), very friendly staff happy to help.
Amazing venue for gigs. The ceiling, the space, the sound makes for a goosebumps experience. Coat-check queues can be crazy. There's smoking areas upstairs. You can't enter the bar if you don't have tickets. Recommend to have your tickets at home without having to queue for collection.
Nice venue and drink was not too expensive considering it is in London. Acoustics were good, get in early to avoid standing behind a pillar though.
Cool looking venue. Amazing bar and restaurant.
The concert area is a bit tricky for shorter people as the arena has no slant. The floor is flat so if you end up at the end or behind a taller person.. You can't see anything. At the same time it doesn't feel overcrowded
Sunbathing on a man-made beach, pretending to be by the sea, hahaha. Recently admitted for free, I was also sent a Coca Cola beach blanket.
Great venue for gigs but you do need to arrive at a decent time if you don't want to end up at the back with a view partially blocked by a pillar!
Always a pleasure to come here to this fine venue with adequate bars and of course standing space. Not too big inside which lends to a more intimate performance. Have seen Siouxsie, Paul Weller, Echo and Bunnymen and Oasis.
Cool venue but the sound only sounded good if you were stood right in front of the stage
Great venue.I made the mistake of going to the bar about ten minutes before Saxon and after waiting 20 minutes to get served there was no way to get back to where I was originally, lol
Decent venue. Would benefit from better/ more coherent communication outside the venue re tickets and where/ how to collect
Fantastic place for any music event great facilities completely disabled friendly helpful staff and lots of them shame things were a little delayed n disorganised today but great Q&A session, and a little disappointed in the evenings entertainment if im honest but no reflection on the round house xx
I love the engineering of this building built at a time when they were valued as theatres of industry which really makes for a creative space. Great atmosphere, helpful staff, good disable facilities.
Really good venue to see a band at . Good acoustics and view . Needs better ale
An amazing place no wonder bands want to play here acoustics amazing
Great venue, top bar staff and excellent transport links
Superb concert hall with good acoustics, in a nice area of London, not to be missed.
Easy to find from the tube. It's nice a modern with clean facilities when I visited. The main hall has good sound and good visibility. The round hall is quite impressive. Box office collection was easy with friendly staff. No waiting in the rain.
Great venue for gigs and the dome inside is very pretty
An excellent venue located just north of Camden Town, London. A former rail shed converted into a music and events venue the Roundhouse offers a modern venue with great facilities etc.
