I found a reliable childcare service that takes care of my child exceptionally well. They provide a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring the child's needs are met. I highly recommend their services.
Less than one star... The office has no sense of communication with each other. They don't call you to let you know they have no room for your kids. They pull your kids for no reason, yet they try to make one up. The workers (Mindy) tell you that your kids are stupid even though they do great in school. Certain workers barely watch your kids until they see your there to get them. There are some great "teachers" there, however, there's more that aren't than are. When confronted on something they get in your face and cuss at you. Overall, the experience at this place was horrible. Majority of the time regulars get told at time of drop off that there is no room for their kids due to unexpected drop offs(aka- privileged friends of the owner). Rooms are left with only one worker when the child to teacher ratio is much larger than state allows (especially infant and toddler rooms). The list goes on. Seriously reconsider sending your kids to this child care!
To many things to say about this place! Absolutely horrible!
I can rest assured that my kids are safe, happy, and well-fed while I'm at work. A variety of activities and free play is organized, and kids get sufficient social interaction. My children love all of their teachers. The hours of operation are so convenient for me, since I work such a different schedule as a server. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is that I do have a constant problem with my kids' items being lost, but everything else about this place outweighs this one factor.
Trust worthy teachers and really good staff ! I would trust my child here any day of the week! They re well taken care off and love all there teachers! Deff a 5 star daycare
