Ordered a cab because I had to go to a job interview, there was sufficient time. I was waiting, and the cab driver said he is coming but never showed up. So at the end I came too late - you can guess how that influences the choice they will make.

I booked a taxi online the night before I had to get a 4am train to Schiphol for an early flight. The first time I called RTC to find out why my taxi was 10 minutes late, I was told the driver was just around the corner. I had to call two more times before they actually sent a driver to me. As the driver sped to Centraal, he told me if I missed the train he could drive me to the airport but it would be expensive...as if I would give this joke of a taxi service any more of my money. I arrived at the platform just in time to see my train depart. I have another early train to catch in a week, and I would rather walk 7km to the station than ever book with RTC again.

We would like to thank you for the great service that our Friday 06-09-2013 is needed to directly from Schiphol to the nursing home of our mother drive by while it was unoccupied. I was driving on Erasmusweg in The Hague when suddenly a VW van from RTC (license plate GX-970-P) came behind me. We stood next to each other at the traffic light. After the traffic light my line had to be inserted. Mrs thought it was necessary not to give me space and to ensure (with customers in her car) an unsafe situation. When I was forced to go left (despite the fact that Mrs gave me very little space), she honked long and hard. I find this unprofessional driving behavior and I really expect more from a taxi center. Because of this experience I will never recommend this taxi center.

I had called the taxi at 9.45 to go to the hospital at 10.30 with a client in need of care.
The taxi did not show up and I was in the telephone queue with you until 10.50 before someone finally picked up the phone, with a stupid story that there was a malfunction and the driver therefore did not know.
Why do you hire customers if there is a malfunction and your drivers cannot reach you? I called you, why don't you call your customers back to say there is a malfunction?
Or was it just plain dick?
When I look at the Google reviews, it seems to me rather the case.
My client had to go to the hospital and you are not keeping your appointment.
What a badly arranged thing, if I could give less than 1 star, I would certainly have done it.

For a short drive I was referred to a colleague / competitor. They have a transport obligation, but did not claim that a taxi was required. And had lost faith in this company. NEVER MORE RTC
If the ride is not far enough you can die at the RTC.

Had ordered a taxi at 04.45 to catch the early train to Schiphol, but it did not show up. After a phone call with the central I was told that the ride was canceled (who, why, how then ????). Another taxi would arrive soon. Anyway, after 30 minutes of waiting and another phone call, a taxi finally arrived. Too late to make the connection to Schiphol, so it is necessary to make a trip to Schiphol with considerably higher costs. After complaining several times, calling and a minimal response from RTC, I received an offer to reimburse half of the costs. How so? RTC has driven me on expenses and I have to be happy with shared costs? Anyway ... 3 weeks later I still have not received anything back. Apologies and quick handling would have been nice. After all, mistakes can be made. Now I will never book a ride through RTC again.

Have ordered a taxi on Thursday evening for Friday morning at a quarter to 8. At a quarter to 8 my friend calls to ask where they are staying, but the person on the phone doesn't know anything .. because of this we suddenly had to hurry because they would also could be there for half an hour. Due to this taxi center, we were forced to use our own transport to go to the central station where we now have to pay parking costs for 12 days because of vacation. Worst service ever !!

What an absolutely worthless system of online reservation now has the RTC. For many years I have used their services online and over the phone with great pleasure and ease, but recently both through the site and via the even worse app of AppaCab it simply does not work, while I'm pretty handy with IT.
RTC wake up !! This system costs your customers !!

First and last experience with this company. Booked a taxi the day before for an early morning pick up. Taxi didn't arrive, when I called they said 'a few minutes' (no apology). Taxi still didn't show 20 mins later and I needed to be at the airport. Very let down, will never use this company again, totally unreliable.

Very "special" experience. The driver was driving WAY to fast the whole time whilst paying more attention to his smartphone than the road. I wanted to get out of the taxi as soon as possible from the start. Driver took a wrong exist near Rotterdam highway, making a lot of extra miles (yeah right, you do not know the way on Rotterdam's main road when you're stationed there) during which time he was on the telephone speaking in a foreign language. Luckily NS (Dutch railways) payed for the ride because of a stranded train. I guess this is the reason this kind of companies still exist nowadays. Anyway, an interesting experience to see how the semi-criminal taxi business works.

Nothing but praise for this company and its drivers. When I went into labour & needed a cab to the hospital, the driver wouldn't even let us pay, telling us to put the money in the baby's piggy bank. Last night when we needed a cab to the hospital with a feverish baby, the driver spent the entire ride telling stories to soothe our worries. Total gems, these drivers!

Taxi ordered (via NS) .10 minutes after the agreed time no taxi. So called. 5 minutes on hold. The first employee could not find the street after the game. The 2nd did tell me that he did not see a booking and that I had to call the trans link. No sorry, phone number of trans link or I'm going after it. He did not say it, but I had to figure it out myself.

Needed a cab to catch an early train. Made a reservation 3 hours in advance. When time had come, no cab showed up. Called them, explained we needed to catch a train, and they answered that it was too busy and they couldn't guarantee anything. Arranged alternative transportation.

Don't use them; there are enough alternatives in Rotterdam (St. Job comes to mind).

On 28 Nov ordered taxi and confirmed before 30nov 4:15 am. On Nov 30, no taxi had been called at 4:30 AM with RTC man on the line, clearly saying that there was no taxi available in my area, that I had ordered and confirmed it does not matter. After some urging, he struggled to arrange a taxi at around 5:00 AM which was far too late for me. Complaint filed on Dec. 1, confirmation of receipt of the complaint, nothing more after that. I find this service and the complaint handling very poor. One star is actually too much. Will not recommend this taxi service within my circle of acquaintances. Don't think you hear from RTC anymore.

I am not the only one with a bad experience with RTC .. I had to first review the reviews before I ordered a taxi ... Taxi ordered in the afternoon for Friday evening at 01.00. At 01.00 there was no taxi, so after 15 minutes you called yourself. I was told that it was busy and that they are now sending a taxi. Fine can happen, of course, but then you call your customer instead of having to inform the customer yourself !? Also got the impression that if I had not called myself I would still have been there at 02.00. Unfortunately, the planning is poor ...
Complaint submitted through the website, response was: sorry it was busy. In my opinion, not properly discounted. Next time I will call another taxi company.

If I could have, 0 stars. For transport to and from a wedding we had ordered a taxi online via RTC. On the way there, the taxi was late and the driver thought we had requested wheelchair transport. On the way back we were first called at the agreed time (00.45) that the taxi would be 20 minutes later. Two minutes later we were called again that no taxi was available and we had to cancel the ride.
We have booked, paid and received confirmation 24 hours in advance. But no taxi that showed up at night. Incredibly bad service. If the exchange had informed us earlier, we could have arranged other transport. The plant did not want to arrange replacement transport.
Very bad experience and would therefore absolutely advise against booking a taxi with RTC.

Fortunately, an RTC wheelchair Taxi was standing in front of the Nursing Home in Schiebroek. RTC has a new beautiful website, services are well...

RTC has a new beautiful website, services are well-arranged and prices are transparent. Attractive prices to airports, certainly Schiphol and a taxi that is ordered via the website or the TAXI RTC app gives an immediate 20% discount on the national maximum taxi rate. The government's tariff system uses a starting rate, a kilometer price and a time component. This can differ per plant. RTC is below the maximum national rate!

Service and customer-friendliness are also good, the RTC exceeds 8 for investigations and the drivers are also trained by an external company school. Vehicles are fresh, beautiful and certainly safe.

In the night of 2 May to 3 May we ordered a taxi around 5 in the morning. The distance was 3 kilometers, and we were here 11:28 euro lost! The taxi driver charged a starting rate of 3 euros and even when we stopped for a traffic light, the amount increased. So nothing beats of 2:50 per kilometer, as stated on the site. It was also not mentioned that there would be a starting rate. In addition, the taxi driver was more interested in his mobile than on the road. We felt very unsafe. Not recommended!!

I need to pass this on as a warning about what can...

I need to pass this on as a warning about what can happen if something goes wrong when dealing
with this company. The following facts are not disputed by them and can be documented by me.

- On 16th August I called a taxi from a Rotterdam city address to the central station and was told it would arrive "between now and 10 minutes". I was outside this address seven minutes after the call. As we found out later, the driver had arrived one minute after the call and left again six minutes after the call without trying to contact me (eg ring the doorbell).

- I re-ordered the taxi, this time leaving my mobile number. The (same or different) driver failed to find the address and also never contacted me.

- The third driver I ordered did find the address but also never contacted me and arrived much too late so after driving our party to the station we missed our train and had to buy an expensive replacement ticket.

- When I described what happened to the company and asked them to re-fund the ticket they did not dispute the facts but said they had acted correctly and saw no reason for a refund.

In my view, their action was both highly un-professional on the operative level as it was on the communication level.

It was early morning (7:40 am) and there was no traffic. The taxi just left too late.

No money back after a complaint. I would choose another company.

Two hours in advance via the application ordered a taxi for 6 people to a wedding. Five minutes past the time because there was no taxi. Then I was told that the taxis were half an hour late. No phone call, no notification via the app. Worst taxi experience ever, even no apologies after I called. Never again.

Just had a super good experience with RTC!

Just had a super good experience with RTC!
It was an evening ride from Delfshaven to P gaal.
The taxi arrived, on time, after a phone call. A fine driving style and a particularly communicative skill, a driver with humor made the ride complete.
5 stars for this driver from RTC !!!

RTC knows very well how you can mess with a customer. Just being late, you hear the same thing every time; "Sorry .. Apologies!". And constantly being late. I had to stand outside in the cold for two hours, and no taxi yet. Finally called a family member. Bizarre that RTC just thinks this is normal. I once called RTC a good company, but that is a thing of the past. Learn from your mistakes RTC ..

Called more than an hour in advance to reserve a taxi ... 5 minutes after the agreed time anyway but call ... the lady says casually that it can take another hour !!
1. Had that nicely indicated earlier when I reserved or
2. Had me a decent call they had just let me problems instead wait! Until I called myself
3. Finally we found someone who could take us but we are too late for our appointment

Very bad. Telephonist said: The taxi is within 15 minutes with you. Then after a half hour no taxi, therefore contact again. Telephonist: the taxi is with you 45 minutes. When I expressed my indignation about it, the best man became aggressive. This is not my first bad experience, what a bad and customer unfriendly organization. On October 28, my wife and I were at the STA desk at Schiphol.
Your driver called us and asked where to go !!
This was indicated to the staff of STA, but they were not interested or willing to serve us somewhat and chat quietly ignoring us. With our phone in hand, a driver who happened to be present from another company walked out to try to guide RTC to the STA desk.
Our driver turned out not to have a Schiphol pass and was therefore not allowed to go to the arrivals hall. We had already called the RTC central for help. After some urging, the operator asked to call in someone else - who knew more about it - and promised to call us back with a result. You already understand - that did not happen and we remained in uncertainty. Eventually the driver found a place at the departure hall and let us up one floor with suitcases. Here he was waiting.
It is incomprehensible to me that a company like RTC sends a driver out without thorough information and documentation.

very good customer service! After complaining to the company about a problem we had with the driver, we got the difference refunded RIGHT AWAY with an apology. I am happy to be taken seriously as customer and I am sure the next time I will get a good service from RTC.
