I bought a multilayer tank and I had a problem because of the masons ... not the product ... call Rotoplast they referred me to the technician Cesar ... a phenomenon ... he repaired it at home at no cost ... totally recommended !

The product is quite good however the attention of sellers and others is a DISASTER. The handling of the factory is very poor with customers who work exclusively with their brand. The truth is a role in the development they have, they should improve a lot in that aspect to be a reliable company.

I've been waiting for 5 business days for 2 months for a home technician to come, call several times and they always add up to 5 more days. Nor do they know that the technicians have assigned areas and that there is not one assigned to CAPIAL FEDERAL. Nobody gives you answers or solutions. I wonder why they make thermos with the need to change spare parts if later they do not provide the solutions to their products. THEY ARE A SHAME ALL!

They could perfectly solve a problem with my tank, they answered my calls, the technician stopped a great one !!
