I bought a turbo from roto master a few years back. I was told that there was a one year warranty on their product and potential a longer warranty if it failed after low km. The one I had didn't fail but the cold side came loose from the cartridge and started leaking oil everywhere. Rotomaster said they would see what they could do so they rebuilt the turbo and gave me a bill for almost $800. They didn't accept any sort of accountability for poor assembly and failure under 10000km. I'm disappointed with the lack of integrity this company has.

I've used Rotomaster products multiple times and I'm always impressed. Their turbochargers are affordable and reliable. I can't recommend them enough! 💯

Terrible product terrible customer service took my truck to a dealership to have a new turbo put on after the factory 450000 mile Garret GTP38 gave out and used a replacement rotomaster it went out ten minutes of me leaving so the company sent me another saying it was a fluke and the one I get has more compressor wheel play then my worn out Garret very unhappy with product and customer service was terrible will never buy from again

Had a toilet emergency and Roto Master to the rescue! Garrett arrived to save the day! Not only did he unclog the drain, he showed me the problem, answered all my questions, which i had many, and gave me some ideas of possible preventative measures. Their service comes with a warranty and a smile. I would call them again.
