Today's report:
I am in the emergency room of the RKK on the urgent advice of my family doctor because of a complication with pneumonia (pneumonia). My arrival had been prepared by the doctor by phone, I was supposed to be helped quickly because I have a very strong cough and I am also very contagious. At least that's the great theory. But not at the RKK!
When I arrived, the nurses started to act stupid and put me in the waiting area of the emergency room with a contagious disease and irritable cough. There, the people, mainly advanced ages, piled up in the 1.5 hour waiting period. All the time the sentence of my family doctor went through my head, with which he urgently advised me to go to the hospital: "What they had earlier was called the mercy of the old man, because they finally died of it" - and that sets me to other people who are old and immune weakened.
After what finally happened after 1.5 hours (despite telephone registration), only trainees took care of me. When I asked for the third ampoule while taking my blood. (I thought nothing of it) how much that will be, I got a very pampy answer from the nursing assistant: "As much as we need!"
After this "registration", which should have already been handed over by my family doctor, I was again sent back to the even fuller waiting area. After an hour I was informed there that they had forgotten to give my blood to the laboratory and that I had to go to the radiology department for an X-ray of the lungs. When I got to radiology, I didn't know anything at first, the emergency room hadn't registered. The procedure there again took an hour and I was again sent to the emergency room waiting area. In the meantime it was 1 p.m., I had been on site for more than 4 hours and apart from 2 minutes of talking to a doctor, no specialist staff had taken care of me. People were now standing in the waiting area of the emergency room and beds with patients were also parked there. At that point my cough was getting worse and I asked the nursing assistant how long it would take. When I was again unfriendly and dismissed from above, "As long as it takes, don't be so demanding" I asked for the access to be removed because I would be leaving. The nursing apparently did not like this at all and asked me to take a seat in the waiting area again (where there were no free chairs to sit on). I then left and removed the access at home myself. The lady apparently sent the police after me, but I ignored them at the front door -> In the shop, no one ever puts a hand on me!
The staff is rude and arrogant, does not answer the simplest questions and accuses the patient of being "demanding".
The Red Cross Hospital is the first address for all who want to be treated unkindly and are not interested in their healing.
