I recently hired a removal service for my move, and I was left underwhelmed. The team arrived late, which threw off my entire schedule. While they were friendly, their efficiency was lacking, resulting in a longer move than expected. 🚚

Additionally, a few of my items were not handled with the care I anticipated, leading to some minor damages. Communication could also use improvement, as I found it challenging to get updates.
