I m starting my gym membership today and excited can t wait to get rid of the extra cellulose through workouts and steam room avail... one suggestion is to streamline the staff to speak in a more professional manner with finesse!! The hotel is surely the finest in Abu Dhabi and staff taking measures to go that extra distance will make the overall experience wholesome!!

Hi, we started with some drinks at la Cava, it was perfect, service was awesome and staff caring and amenable. We followed by dinner at the Dai Pai Dong. Again, service was great, food very very good, we had a thoroughly great evening. Thank you Rosewood and staff.

Beautiful view of sea from resturant. Has very comfortable outdoor sitting area at restaurant floor. Food quality is nice.
The only issue is that GPS on google map is showing the hotel at a wrong place. Had to personally ask people for direction.
Requested the googlemap to edit it but nothing has changed yet.

Pure luxury and one of the best hotels in Abu Dhabi. A true gem.
It was a luxurious stay in a multi-service Presidential Suite, Baby Strat was ordered and was tactful with children, there are several upscale restaurants, including a Japanese restaurant offers cuisine of a premium level. Like Four Seasons and others, they have one yard overlooking the beach
The service at this hotel is as good as the Ritz Carlton, no joke. La Cava and the Cigar bar have some of the best most knowledgeable staff I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I frequent the location and will continue to do so.

Kids club very small and staff is demotivated and uninterested , idea for them is to make kids watch movies only
Pool was closed in morning and informed it would open at noon . When complaint to Edin at front desk to give alternatives as kids would be bored with limited facilites for kids. He never replied as promised.

Great hotel upgrading to suite is a must the Manor Club is amazing great food and great service the whole experiance was amazing. Can't wait to come back next year, located right next to a Mall as well perfectly

Very disappointing, we had night party at this place.place and party environment was good for capturing pictures but dinner they served us felt like they served us leftovers.all my colleagues were very disappointed.cant believe it's an 5star hotel.

Nice hotel, I had a very pleasant stay. The reception staff was very reactive.
The only complain was that I was given a twin bedroom and I had requested a King size by phone. The hotel was fully booked so I have to take the twin bed for one night. I was given the king size the following day. Just an advice. Always request everything by email to keep a written proof.

Personnel really goes the extra mile for you and when staying there I always feel very well serviced, they do the effort to make you feel special. My absolute favorite pick in Abu Dhabi!
Hotels don't get much better than this, unfortunately I had to change room because bathroom is only separated by a glass screen, so not very private. New room is 100% perfect and service is fantastic.

What a gorgeous hotel. I had the pleasure to visit them more than 40 times. And evervisit is a momerable visit. However, they need to recognise loyal guests more.
