5 Stars and all are perfect.

Pathetic. The parking attendant Larry shouts at you and treats you, the guest badly. But you cannot complain because when you do the Duty manager Hendra pounces on you and is very defensive.Even if you say you will call head office he says ofcourse whatever you like. The restaurants inside are amazing so I will access them from the mall but I won't put myself in a situation to be verbally attacked by men who have no respect for women. Disgusting behaviour .

Very nice ,clean and well organised, kids love the play area and its one of their favourite spot in Abu Dhabi .

although on the new island and therefore is a little bit far from the main attractions, the hotel is very good with very attentive staff. the Lebanese restaurant here is extremely good with healthy servings of salad. the rooms are very clean. a very comfortable stay and would definitely come here again.

These place is nice and ambeince is also good i enjoyed being there nd with kids also they have seperate majlis area

very good brunch, but we were put aside (in an adjoining room) because we had the children. Suddenly, we were not able to enjoy the setting and the atmosphere.

My wedding was there on 2016 and my people got poison from the food and the rooms was smell very bad i wish no star to give

We went to Samosa restaurant for lunch. We had a great 4 course lunch.

Amazing Venue, not bad music taste, tasty shisha, good service, I like the view.

Amazing and beautiful hotel, walk away from.Galleria mall

Very nice atmosphere and friendly service. Near to the Galleria and Cleveland hospital ( there s a way underground Connect the hotel to Galleria and Cleveland ). I was in 6 floor but there s a noise coming from the upper floor which I can t sleep well because of it!! (( this what I don t like it + the large office desk in the room)) I hope they change it to the smaller one!!
Very nice swimming pool area. My room view was nice to the sea and Swiming pool.
A little bit expensive for food and laundry service.

I was in business trip stayed for a week in this hotel. The location is great, very clean room, close to group of restaurants and 10 minutes far from AD mall.

We stayed at Rosewood for our Anniversary and sure it was an unforgettable staycation. We were skeptical into going out and staying at a hotel since there's this virus but instead we felt SAFE. Everything were sanitized and cleaned every hour. What a good way to make us feel secured. The amenities and restaurants were all highly maintained, not even mentioning the design. Really really good. I would also commend Loubna front desk , Naleer telephone operator, Saw and Sabina housekeeping decoration, and Iranka. We were happy to experience a 5 star Hotel stay with Rosewood. Special thanks to Ms. Francheska who had been a great help in assisting us during our stay. We'll definitely go back!
