I ve worked with Dana over the years but I must say this most recent time was the worst. I guess when you move up in the world your head gets big. I was given false information by a number of people in this law office I was even hung up on by Dana his self after screaming at me if you want to fire me fire me. I waited for 2 months to get my lost wages check then after calling and calling they finally tell me the insurance company is requesting new information. So I finally send it over to them and I m being treated like I m begging them for something more then to do their job. I finally had to withdraw my business with them because to me hanging up in my face is the final straw. Never again would I do business with them again sadly I used to think Dana was too notch in this business but sadly I see no matter how much business you do with a person your still another check to them they don t care how they treat you personally

I was keep informed about the process of the case at all times. They didn't settle on the first settle before I could tell them I didn't want to except the offer attorney Rosencranz had already declined the offer on my behave.

Mr.Rosencranz is the best!!! he keep you up to date with ur case do check ins to make sure ur doing ok and his staff very professional and have no problem answering any questions even if it s something silly to them but you may not understand they explain it to you so that you understand. I was in a car accident on February 28, 2017 driving on the highway in Massachusetts when an uninsured motor vehicle from New Hampshire was on the fast lane & lost their tire, Their vehicle came into my lane & struck my vehicle on the drivers side. I suffered internal injuries.I accumulated thousands & thousands of medical bills over the past three & a half years.Due to the other person not being insured , I had to get a lawyer. I had no idea which one to choose. Well, I chose an attorney that was at the time working at a law firm in Boston for over 20 years but about nine months later after I hired him he was no longer working there. He convinced me to stay with him. He was on his way to retire but was still going to take on the cases that he had that were willing to stay with him. I had a bad feeling about this but still stayed with him. Some time passed & nothing was getting done. I finally decided to find another attorney which was Rosencranz & Associates Rosencranz & Associates took on the case around September 2019. I was so happy that they would take this case after all this time that passed. Rosencranz & Associates had to clean up the other attorney s mess. .Nothing was done! Also, my file was missing a good portion of all the paperwork that I had given to that attorney over the years! Rosencranz & Associates basically had to start from scratch. There was so much paperwork involved. They had to locate all the paperwork which was lost. I wish That I had kept copies but was not in a clear state of mind. I just find out what my settlement was & they got me the most money that I could possibly get which is the full amount of my uninsured motor vehicle coverage that I have for my car insurance. I would highly recommend Rosencranz & Associates to anybody who needs an attorney!!!! I had no idea on which attorney to choose. I am thankful that it all worked out for me and switched my case to them.

I gave this law firm 2 cases, the very first was led by Greg Smith, the worse mistake I made he is not your attorney, he will not back you up and is friends with the opposite attorneys, as a result you will not win. Second case was by the so called Rosencranz who simply has no time for you and gets Greg Smith to answer his call even when you tell the firm you don t want anything to do with him. As a result my last conversation with this firm was not pleasant rosencranz was extremely rude that I did not want to deal with Smith. So for both cases I did not get the justice I should have received, and to add insult to all this the receptionist hates her job and is extremely rude. Makes you not want to call the firm! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR FINS ANOTHER FIRM!
